Angel of the Sea Bed & Breakfast

Located on the first floor of the main house, just off our dining room, this standard room is furnished in white wicker. It includes a queen bed, dresser and vanity and a private bath with old-fashioned claw foot tub with shower. Its two windows face towards our rear parking area.

Located on the first floor of the main house, just down the hall from our dining room, this larger Deluxe Queen room is perfect for up to three guests. It includes a queen bed, a twin daybed, dresser and a private bath with a large step-in shower. It is non-ocean view and faces towards our rear patio area.

Located on the second floor of the main house, this mid-size room has a queen bed, two dressers and private bath with an antique claw foot tub with shower. It is a non-ocean view room with two windows facing towards the rear parking area.

Located on the second floor of the main house, this Angel Suite is one of our most popular guestrooms. Furnished in white wicker, it has a king bed, a table with two chairs, a large dresser, as well as two additional arm chairs. The private bath has an antique claw footed tub with shower. This wonderfully romantic room has an ocean view and also opens onto a semi-private balcony.

Located on the second floor of the main house, this standard/deluxe* room has one full bed and private bath with stall shower. Although it is one of our smallest rooms, it comes with a wonderful surprise. It opens onto a semi-private balcony with a wonderful ocean view.

Located on the second floor of the main house, this Angel Suite is one of our most requested rooms. Furnished in rich woods with marble detailing, this Angel Suite has a king size canopy bed, mirrored dresser and velvet loveseat. The private in suite bath includes a claw foot tub with shower. For convenience, the pedestal sink is in the room. It has one of our best ocean views and also opens onto a semi-private balcony.

Located on the second floor of the main house, this Angel Suite has one king bed, dresser and private bath with a stall shower. It also has a reading alcove with two chairs, framed by a bay window. To the left of this area is a door leading to a second floor semi-private balcony with a wonderful view of the ocean.

Located on the second floor of the main house, this charming Deluxe room has one queen bed, dresser, chair and loveseat. The private bath has a small claw foot tub with shower, while the pedestal sink is in the room. Furnished in white wicker it has a large bay window with town view.

Located on the third floor of the main house, this Premier room is decorated in white wicker and has a queen bed, dresser and private bath with claw foot tub with shower. With two dormer windows facing toward the beach, this guest room has one of our best ocean views.

Located on the third floor of the main house, this is our largest Premier room. Furnished in dark wood it has a queen size four-poster bed, larger dresser, two armchairs and small writing desk. The bathroom has a step-in tile shower. There is a view of the ocean from one of the rooms three dormer windows.

Located just off the first floor porch of our second house, this large Deluxe Queen room has a queen bed, dresser, two arm chairs and private bath with large step-in shower. Although it is a non-ocean view room it is just steps from the front porch of the second house. It is an excellent room for guests with mobility problems.

This guest room is located on the first floor, just off the side and to the rear of our second building. The furnishings include an ornately carved queen bed, large dresser and two chairs. The private bath includes a claw foot tub with shower. This room has a private entrance and its own porch with a town view of some of Cape May's loveliest homes. Perfect for those looking for a little "privacy."

Located on the second floor of our second house this small but airy Premier room has one queen bed, mirrored dresser and a private bath with large step-in shower. Furnished in dark, rich woods with natural wicker accents this charming room has an ocean view from one of its two windows and is only steps away from our second floor common porch.

This guest room is located on the second floor of our second building. Furnished in dark, natural wicker it has a queen bed, dresser, and sitting area at one end of the room with an arm chair and loveseat. The large private bath includes a step in shower. The room has three windows facing town. Although it is a non-ocean view room, it does have access down the hall to our second floor common porch with a wonderful view of the ocean.

This Angel Suite is one of our largest and most popular. It has a king bed, love seat, arm chair and working gas fireplace. The private bath includes a claw foot tub with shower. It is located on the second floor of our second building, and although it does not have a direct ocean view, it opens directly onto the second floor common porch with a wonderful ocean view.

This Premier room is located on the third floor of our second building. It includes a queen size sleigh bed, dresser and two arm chairs. The private bath includes a large step in shower. The room has a water view from one of its two dormer windows and also has access to a common porch with ocean view from the hallway.

This small standard room is located on the third floor of our second building. Furnished in white wicker it includes a full bed, vanity with chair and a small private bath with shower, The pedestal sink is in the room itself. Although this room does not have an ocean view, it is right down the hall from our third floor common porch.

This guest room is located on the third floor of our second building. Furnished in natural wicker it includes a queen bed, dresser, two chairs and a small "reading alcove" with loveseat. The private bath includes a large step in shower. The dormer windows face towards our parking area and the homes across the street. Although the room does not have an ocean view it does have access from the hall to a third floor common porch with a wonderful ocean view.

Our "honeymoon suite" is located on the third floor of our second building. Furnished in rich woods it includes a king bed, two dressers, and a seating area at one end of the room with an arm chair and "fainting" couch. The private bath has a claw foot tub with shower. One of our largest and brightest rooms, it has five dormer windows. Although there is no ocean view from the room itself, it is just a couple steps from our third floor ocean view porch.

Room 3

This Angel Suite is the largest room in our main house and probably the brightest room in the inn. Located on the first floor, just down the hall from our dining room, it can accommodate up to three guests. Furnished in white wicker, it has a king bed, twin day bed, sitting area with table and chairs, a dresser and a private bath with old-fashioned claw foot tub with shower. It has seven larger windows facing towards the beach and offer guests an eye-level ocean view. Rate: $195-315

Located just off the parlor on the first floor of the main house, this larger Deluxe Queen room can accommodate up to three guests. It includes a queen bed, a twin daybed, dresser and a private bath with shower. It is non-ocean view and faces towards our second house. Rate: $155 - $245

Room 11

Located on the third floor of the main house, this guest room has one queen bed, dresser and private bath with claw foot tub with shower. It has two dormer windows facing toward the rear parking area. Rate: $155 - $245

Room 15

Located on the third floor of the main house, this Deluxe Queen room has a queen bed and a larger private bath with antique claw foot tub with shower. There is also a peek of the ocean from one of the room's two dormer windows. Rate: $155 - $245

Room 20

This Deluxe Queen room is located on the first floor of our second building. Furnished in white wicker it includes a queen bed, dresser, table and two chairs. The private bath includes a claw foot tub with shower. Although this room does not have an ocean view, it does have a private entrance right off the front porch with an ocean view just steps away. Rate: $155 - $245

Room 22

This guest room is located on the second floor of our second building. It has a high back queen bed, dresser and two armchairs. The private bath includes a larger step in shower with the sink placed inside the guestroom. The room has three windows, two which face our rear parking area and one which has a "partial" view of the ocean. Just down the hall from the room is an entrance to our second floor common porch that offers a wonderful view of the ocean. Rate: $155 - $245

Policies

• On-line reservations and an on-line availability calendar are available.  You may also check for availability and  make a reservations by calling our Front Desk directly at 1-800-848-3369. Our staff will be happy to assist you in finding a room or rooms to meet your specific needs.
• All room rates at the Angel are subject to a total of 14% tax. Please mention any gift certificates you may be using, when you make your reservation. If you have any questions on a specific package, please ask in advance.
• A non-refundable $35 advance deposit on a major credit card is required to guarantee a reservation. In lieu of a credit card, 1 night or 50% of the entire stay (whichever is greater) is due by check or money order within 5 days of making the reservation.
• If you are making a reservation as a gift for someone else, the reservation must be paid in full at the time of booking in the form of a gift certificate. This gift certificate is non-refundable for cash and the reservation is subject to our regular cancellation policy.
• All balances are to be paid in full at time of check-in. No refunds are permitted for early departures. Please note at check-in, we accept cash or credit cards only for payment.
• Cancellations; (Please read completely before making a reservation. We do not overbook rooms and all reservations are guaranteed. Because of the demand for reservations at the Angel, our cancellation policy is final and non-flexible.) We require two full weeks notice for all cancellations. If a reservation is cancelled within 14 days, 1 night will be charged to your credit card if the reservation is not re-rented in full. If you cancel within 3 days, the entire stay will be charged to your card, if we do not re-rent your reservation in full. Early departures are treated like cancellations and are non-refundable. The $35 advance deposit is non-refundable, even if your room is cancelled prior to 2 weeks, but it may be applied towards any future reservation made within the following year. The management is not responsible for illness, family emergencies, work conflicts or inclement weather.
• Check-in time is 2:00 PM. If you will arrive later than 9:00 PM, please notify the Front Desk. Check-out time is 11:00 am.
• Pets are not permitted at the Angel of the Sea.
• We are sorry, but we are unable to accommodate children under the age of 8 years.
• Gift Certificate Policy: Angel of the Sea Gift Certificates are valid for 2 years from date of purchase. Any other limitations regarding use for special packages will be specified on the gift certificate. Outside gift certificates cannot be used in conjunction with any other coupons or for deep discounted or "walk-in" rates. Gift certificates must be physically presented at time of check in. If you have any questions regarding gift certificates, please call in advance at 1-800-848-33369. Our Front Desk will be happy to explain our policies in detail. Please mention you will be using a gift certificate when you make your reservation.
• Smoking is not permitted at any time within the Angel. Smoking is permitted on the porches and verandas and ashtrays will be provided. If you do chose to smoke in the common areas outside the house, please be courteous of the other guests. Any guest who smokes or uses lit candles within the inn will be asked to leave immediately. Smoking within the inn could also result in a fine and a $500 cleaning charge may be assessed against your credit card. No refunds will be provided if a guest is asked to leave due to smoking.
• Please advise the Front Desk if you have any specific dietary or medical needs you may have and we will do our best to try and accommodate them.
