The Avon Manor Inn is located in central New Jersey, two miles north of Spring Lake, steps from one of the finest beaches and boardwalk in the state. A hearty full menu breakfast will begin your day on the largest wrap around porch in the region.

The Avon Manor Inn & Cottage has seven guestrooms, two Suites and a Family/Group Cottage house all with air-conditioning and Cable Television. The Manor has been completely renovated to bring you back in time to an era long forgotten. Your Innkeeper has gone to great lengths to make sure all the modern conveniences were incorporated in our Inn.

Your Innkeeper has also tried to make the Inn a friendly relaxing and diverse Bed & Breakfast experience. Many common and romantic areas are scattered throughout the Inn and grounds.

Relax by the fire in our main living room. Watch a movie or sporting event on our 52" television in our entertainment area.

Relax with a glass of wine on our expansive wraparound porch strewn with rocking chairs, wicker, a bench swing and an Adirondack chair or two. Our wrap around porch opens up to our cedar backyard deck, perfect for some afternoon sun or to gaze at the stars.

Our backyard is another place to relax in the sun, have a barbecue, practice your short game on our putting green or just relax on a bench in the middle of one of our flower gardens or on our backyard beach (sand trap).

Our Suite (pictured left) is the perfect romantic getaway. It has a bedroom with a queen size sleigh bed, television and private porch entrance. The Suite's large living room has a television, VCR, refrigerator, Jacuzzi for two.
