When you walk into the Hummingbird Dining Room you seat yourself at a table set with juice, and fresh fruit. What will breakfast be today? Stuffed cinnamon French toast, Lemon Raspberry Pancakes or Blueberry Crumble French Toast? Everyday Mary Ann cooks something different - seconds are always available! With your entrée you have a choice of bacon, sausage, or canadian bacon. For those watching their waistlines, there is also a selection of hot or cold cereals and fruit. Delicious Breakfast
After breakfast, you can choose to curl up on the sofa in the "Knowing Room" to read a book, or, sit on the porch and stare at the Presidentials or bird watch. Will you catch a glimpse of the Bald Eagles who hunt in the area and occasionally sail over the Bed & Breakfast -- or will you see Goldfinch, Barn Swallows, Pileated Woodpeckers, Nuthatches, Chickadees, Robins, or one of the many other birds who make the White Mountains their home. If you are an amateur ornithologist, make sure you grab one of the bird guides to help you identify your sighting.
