Sunapee Room

Our Sunapee Room is a cheerful 2nd floor room on the front of the house with 2 windows overlooking the lake. The room features a Queen sized high -back antique Belgian bed, antique oak dresser, English armoire, ceiling fan and ladies slipper chair. The Victorian wallpaper, with matching border compliment the beautiful oriental style area  The private bath is directly across from the room and has shower and pedestal sink. The room size is approximately 10x12.

Room rate is $145 + tax per night

Webster Room
Webster Room is a cheerful 2nd floor, corner room on the front of the house with 2 windows overlooking the lake. The room features twin sized, high-back oak antique beds, oak antique dresser and small sitting chair. The room is decorated with dark green floral wallpaper and one wall of tongue and groove wood, painted forest green. The ensuite bath has shower and pedestal sink. This is the smallest room in the inn and is approximately 10x13.
Room rate is $155 +tax per night

Newfound Room
Our Newfound Room features reproduction classic furniture with queen sized oak bed and matching dresser, comfortable couch, nightstand and ceiling fan. The wallpaper is dark green with matching border; this room has a comfortable, cozy feel and the 2 windows overlook our backyard with garden and apple trees. The private bath is across from the room and has shower and antique sink set in antique bureau. The room is the largest in the Inn, approximately 14x16. Air Conditioned

Opechee Room
The Opechee Room is a spacious, bright 2nd floor room with 5 windows, 2 of which provide a side view of the lake. The room features a queen sized high-back antique maple bed with matching dresser and night stand. The room is decorated with gold and dark green colors, border and matching bed quilt, queen ann sitting chair, and oriental style area rug partially covering the original maple floor. En-suite bath has shower and pedestal sink. The room is approximately 12x14. Air Conditioned. Room rate is $175 + tax per night

Wentworth Room
Our Wentworth room is a bright, cheerful, corner room on the 1st floor behind our living room. The windows in the room look out on the backyard, with garden and apple trees. The room is decorated with Victorian wallpaper and matching border, oriental-style area rug partially covers the original hardwood floor. The room features a queen sized antique bed and matching dresser, ceiling fan, queen Ann high-back chair and accent table. The en-suite bath has a large two person Jacuzzi set in forest green tile, shower, and pedestal sink. The room is approximately 12x14. Room rate is $155 + tax per night

Winnipesaukee Room      
The Winnipesaukee Room is a spacious corner room on the 2nd floor featuring a queen sized high-back antique mahogany bed, antique dresser, antique mahogany side table, ladies slipper chair, ceiling fan and 2 windows. This room provides a side view of the lake and a full view of our gardens. The room is decorated with Victorian wallpaper and coordinating border and oriental-style area rug partially covering the original hardwood floor. Ensuite bath has shower and pedestal sink. The room is approximately 12x14. Air Conditioned. Room Rate is $175 + tax per night

Squam Room
Our Squam Room is a spacious, bright 2nd floor room on the front of the house with 3 windows overlooking the lake. The room features a queen sized high -back bed with matching Eastlake dresser, two sitting chairs, and ceiling fan. The room is decorated with Victorian wallpaper and coordinating border in a sage green-motif. A lovely flowered area rug partially covers the original wide pine floor. The private bath has tub and shower ensuite. The room is approximately 12x14. Room rate is $165 + tax per night

Winnisquam Room
Our Winnisquam Room is a spacious, bright, corner room on the 2nd floor featuring a queen sized, high-back antique oak bed, and has 3 windows overlooking the lake. The room is decorated with Victorian wallpaper and coordinating border, ceiling fan, antique dresser, small writing desk, and original wide pine floor. The private bath has tub and shower ensuite. The room is approximately 12x14. Room rate is $165 + tax per night

Wicwas Room
Our Wicwas Room is one of the largest in the Inn and is approximately 14x 16. The three windows located in the front of the house offers a spectacular view of the lake. This room, with its bold flowered wallpaper, lush green comforter, checked country settee and wicker furniture with queen sized brass bed gives a country French feel to the room. The en-suite bath has shower and a unique sink set into a country French piece of furniture. Air Conditioned. Room rate is $175 + tax per night

Sunrise Suite
Our Sunrise Suite is a spacious romantic area perfect for a honeymoon, or those who favor privacy while on vacation. The suite, overlooking Lake Winnisquam and surrounding mountains, has two levels with bedroom and bath located on the second level. This suite is finely appointed with Queen Ann bedroom furniture, brass sleep numbered bed, TV, multiple closets and oak hardwood floors throughout. The bath contains combination shower and Jacuzzi tub. On the first level the den is nicely decorated with oriental area rugs over hardwood floors and comfortable furnishings. The suite has high definition cable TV, is air conditioned, private entrance and comes with a nicely equipped kitchenette. Suite Rate is $260 + Tax per night (Three Night Minimum Stay)

• Longer minimum stays may apply for holidays and special events.
• All rates are subject to New Hampshire sales tax, and are subject to change without notice.
• There is an additional charge of thirty-five dollars for an extra guest in our rooms that can accommodate three people. Only the Sunrise Suite can accommodate four people.
• RESERVATIONS: Deposits equal to one night's lodging, or 50% of the total anticipated bill for stays of three nights or longer are required at the time the reservation is made.
• CANCELLATION OR CHANGE OF CONFIRMED RESERVATION: Ferry Point House is an exclusive property where every guest reservation is both important and special to us. Due to our intimate size, cancellations do affect us greatly. Should you find it necessary to cancel your reservation we must receive notice not less than 14 days prior to the arrival date, in which case your deposit will be refunded less a $25 cancellation fee per room booked.In the unlikely event that you must cancel with less than 14 days notice, or shorten your stay, or check out early, please understand that we must ask you to take responsibility for your entire reservation. Cancellations made without at least a 14-day notice will result in forfeiture of the deposit. However, if we can rebook your room(s), a full or partial refund will be made. In the event that you must shorten your stay per the confirmed reservation, there will be a refund only if we are able to re-rent the room for the remaining period of your reservation.
• MOTORCYCLE WEEK: Deposits equal to one night's lodging, or 50% of the total anticipated bill for stays of three nights or longer are required at the time the reservation is made. Payment in full is due on or before May 15th. In the event that you must cancel before May 15th, you will receive a full refund less a $25 processing fee per cancelled room. If cancellation is after May 15th, your deposit is forfeited. Full, non-refundable payments may be required for certain peak periods. In the event that you must shorten your stay per the confirmed reservation, there will be a refund only if we are able to re-rent the room for the remaining period of your reservation.
• Check-in time is from 3:00 pm to 8:00 pm. We can accommodate later arrivals with prior notice.
• Checkout time is 11:00 am.
• We are a NON-SMOKING Inn. Smoking is permitted only on the front porch.
• CHILDREN over 10 are welcome.
• No pets, please.
