    All five guest rooms in the Governor's House are individually furnished to provide an intimate,
    relaxed atmosphere. Room amenities include a queen-size bed and private bath, each uniquely
    decorated with hand-painted tile by a local artist, in addition to:

    The Captain's Room     		The Captain's Room has a queen size bed appropriately accented with solid cherry and Italian leather. A beautiful, elusive mermaid is pictured in the tile of the Captain's shower.

    The Prescott Room     		The Prescott Room is romantically appointed with a queen size four poster bed. French folk art surround you in the luxury of the whirlpool tub for two.

    The Maids' Quarters, a private, spacious and comfortable room on the 3rd floor, is the former living space for Governor Dale’s maids. It has a queen bed, a twin bed, and a bathroom with an oversized dual-head shower. The Maids' Quarters

    Rates & Policies
    • Winter - Spring (November - April): $159 - $209
    • Summer - Fall (May - October): $189 - $239
    • The room rate includes parking, use of our touring bikes, CD & DVD library, complimentary beverages, and a European breakfast.
    • Check in is between 3 pm and 6 pm (unless other arrangements are made), check out is 11 am
    • Deposit of 50% of total stay required at time of reservation (minimum deposit of 1 night)
    • Full refund guaranteed with a 14-day notice of cancellation (cancellation charge of $25 plus tax)
    • Children over 14 are welcome
    • For the comfort and safety of all, smoking is not permitted
    • We can recommend boarding facilities for pets
    • Corporate rates available
    • We accept MasterCard, Visa, Discover, cash, personal or traveler's checks
    • All rates subject to a 9% NH room tax.
    • Summer rates apply to holidays during winter and spring
    • A two night minimum may be required on all weekends.
