Rates & Guidelines
Bridgewater Mountain Bed and Breakfas offers the Meadow View Room and Mountain View Room in the main house, and an en suite loft studio facing the mountains. Each guest space has a full private bath, king or queen-size bed, ceiling fan, and air conditioning. (AC is seldom needed at this elevation, but you make the call.) The Mountain View Loft with King bed also includes a kitchen, living room with a fold-out futon couch for additional sleeping space, and a separate entrance ideal for extended stays by writers, musicians, artists, photographers, and those seeking private living space.
The two guest rooms in the main house are upstairs, and share an upper hall sitting area and refreshments corner. On the main floor there’s a gracious living area with a fireplace, comfortable furniture, and antique desk for writing postcards. The adjacent breakfast area features family china and an antique round table which seats 10 or more. Finally, there’s the back porch a family favorite for all sorts of activities. Newly enlarged with a choice of screens or glass for changing weather, it features comfortable wicker furniture, a raised hearth fireplace, and our incredible view of flowers, fields, and the mountains. Breakfast happens here on sunny days, and afternoon naps are encouraged. Spectacular sunset views are best from the porch, too. House rooms and the Loft are wired for cable television and high-speed internet service. You can borrow a portable TV/DVD player for your room if desired, and we have a collection of movies and music CDs to choose from. Each room has a radio/CD player.
