The North Suite and South Room are uniquely and tastefully decorated. The North Suite and South Room are on the first floor with a shared bath between them. These are large rooms with cable TV. The North Suite also has a DVD and is large enough for you and your friends to socialize comfortably. There is a wide variety of moveis available at no charge. Of course, our full Under the Elm breakfast is included for both mornings. 4/20 - 5/28, 10/20 - 11/20 & commonly available midweek Monday - Thursday Get a friend or a couple to join you and rent the North and South rooms and save 50% on the second room when you stay two nights. $295 for two nights for two rooms. ($73.75 per room/night is a savings of $120.)

Two nights lodging in our West Suite consisting of a cape bedroom with skylight to view the NH night and an adjoining room to share and relax and private tiled bath with an oversized shower and a whirlpool tub for two. The fresh flowers, chilled champagne and chocolates creates the mood for a romantic getaway. Our Under the Elm Breakfast for two served is served both mornings in our historic dining room with fireplace and wide pine floors. The setting is on our quiet private 40 acres where deer are commonly seen grazing from our three season porch. Centrally located for all that NH has to offer.
