The Dining Room (pictured below) was redecorated in April 2001 incorporating cherry hardwood floors, vibrant wall coverings, and a built-in coffee and beverage station. Guests may enjoy warm, freshly baked cookies with their favorite beverage in the afternoon.

    Dining Room

Breakfast at the Eastman Inn is not traditional country inn fare but a gastronomic adventure with a menu changing daily.

The menu may include chicken walnut quiche, creme brulee French toast, crepes benedict or Southern biscuits with chocolate gravy. Fresh fruits complement the daily entrees.

Enjoy your breakfast in either the dining room or on the porch, weather permitting. An eclectic mix of antiquity and modern conveniences makes your journey to an earlier time far more comfortable than our ancestors perhaps imagined. We have seen to your comfort in elegant lodging our 14 guest rooms with king or queen beds, private baths, color cable televisions, air-conditioning, and in-room telephones for making unlimited free local calls.

Other amenities may include gas-insert fireplaces, whirlpool tubs, antique ball-and-claw foot tubs, sitting areas, and private balconies. For our guests' safety, the Eastman Inn is equipped with a complete fire protection system with sprinklers.

Eastman Inn Built in 1777 by the Noah Eastman family, the Eastman Inn Bed and Breakfast, is a stately, three story, 34-room Georgian colonial with a wrap around porch overlooking the Moat Mountain Range. As one of the oldest homes in North Conway, the Inn boasts a history rich in tradition in the development of the social and economic growth of the Mount Washington Valley.

Since the early 1900s, the Eastman Inn has operated as a guest house. One of Noah Eastman's 13 children, a daughter, married into the Furber family and purchased the Inn from her father. The 1930 edition of the New Hampshire Guidebook describes the Eastman Inn (then known as the Furber Residence) as:

"... The Furber residence, North Conway, on the State road in the southern part of North Conway. The Furber residence is an all-season house, where hospitality is extended to guests desiring mountain vacations in the quiet comfort of a private home ..."

Seventy years later, hospitality remains our priority. Join us for a relaxing, quiet vacation in a home steeped in tradition ... for pleasure or on business, and let us treat you to warm, attentive bed-and-breakfast hospitality in the splendor and style of a bygone era.
