    Each individually decorated guest room at The Buttonwood Inn has a private bath. Rooms are furnished
    with a king, queen, or twin beds. Some of our rooms offer guests a fireplace, a two-person Jacuzzi,
    and wheelchair accessibility. All rooms have a radio alarm clock, telephone, and hair dryer.
    Room 1: Deluxe Plus Room Corner room with custom designed and built queen bed, private shower bath, gas fireplace with sitting area has beautiful views of Bartlett Mountain, Merriman State Forest, and perrenial gardens; also overlooks the backyard heated pool and hot tub area.
    Room 2: Standard Room Room has a king bed that can be changed to twin beds with a private shower bath which overlooks the Merriman State Forest. This room features a mural of how the inn may have looked in the 1820s, custom designed and built armoire, and period stenciling on the wide pine floor.
    Room 3: Standard Room This is our coziest room with a queen custom designed and built bed and armoire, wide pine floor, and private shower bath that overlooks the Merriman State Forest.
    Room 4: Traditional Room One of our larger rooms with a queen bed, antique sink, and wide pine floor with views of Merriman State Forest and the Moat Mountains. A large private tub & shower bath are two steps across the hall (robes provided).
    Room 5: Traditional Room Large sunny room that can be combined with Room 4 for a family suite which can sleep four with views of our front perennial gardens, Merriman State Forest, and the Moat Mountains. It features a king bed that can be made into two twins with a private shower bath a few steps down the hall (robes provided).
    Room 6: Deluxe Plus Room One of the largest rooms in the inn which extends from the front to the back and overlooks the perrenial gardens, Bartlett Mountain, heated pool, and hot tub. Room features a custom designed and built queen bed and armoire, sitting area, TV/DVD, and trundle day bed. The large private bathroom has a double window with a mountain view and a clawfoot tub/shower.
    Room 7: Deluxe Plus Room A double size room with a queen bed and private tub & shower bath overlooking the perennial gardens and forest to the South and Bartlett Mountain, perrenial gardens, heated pool, and hot tub to the North. A garden mural and sitting area with TV/DVD complement the "sky" ceiling.
    Room 8: Deluxe Room Large sunny room with a queen bed, private tub & shower bath, and sitting area overlooking Bartlett Mountain, perrenial gardens, heated pool, and hot tub to the North and Black Cap Mountain to the South. Decorated in a delicate floral wallpaper, embroidered bedspread and shams, and features a wide pine floor.
    Room 9: Deluxe Room Large sunny room with a queen bed, twin Murphy bed (which is closed up in the wall when not in use), and private tub & shower bath overlooking perennial gardens, Merriman State Forest, and Black Cap Mountain. Decorated with pale yellow and white striped wallpaper and features a wide pine floor.
    Room 10: Premiere Room Our largest room features a gas fireplace, sitting area with a fold-out loveseat for third person and TV/DVD, and cherry furniture with a four-poster queen bed. The large bathroom has a two-person Jacuzzi (robes provided) and shower. This room is also wheelchair accessible with its own outdoor access to the parking lot and looks out onto the front perennial gardens.

     

     

    Meetings & Special Events

    Plan your next small corporate meeting, retreat, or reunion at The Buttonwood Inn where your schedule is our schedule. For a successful meeting or social gathering, each group is given exclusive use of the Inn. You have total flexibility in planning your day. We’ve had great success with a small business retreat (up to 20 people) catering a group dinner in our spacious Dining Room, serving an early morning breakfast and mid-morning coffee and tea service with mini muffins and scones. We can also arrange a golf outing, train ride, hiking or shopping excursions, etc.
