Applebrook Bed & Breakfast is a large Victorian farmhouse surrounded by acres of meadows and woods in the Israel River Valley. We are located in Jefferson, New Hampshire, overlooking the northern White Mountains. We are open year-round and have 12 bedrooms, most with private baths. Two rooms have hot tubs available. We welcome large groups of up to 25 people and offer discount packages. We'll even do dinner for groups of 10 and larger. We welcome families with children, well-mannered pets and maintain a non-smoking environment.
Granny Stalbird Room
The spacious sunny living room has beautiful sunset views of Mt. Washington and features a goldfish pool surrounded by plants. Books, magazines, and a fire in the wood stove complete the setting for a cozy evening. After a restful night's sleep, enjoy a hearty breakfast made by Joy and fresh baked goodies in the afternoon.

Breakfasts may consist of apple clafuotti, French toast or pancakes with eggs, Canadian bacon, hot or cold cereal, fresh fruit, muffins, coffee, juice, and an assortment of teas. Please let us know of any vegetarian requests & special dietary needs when making your reservation.
Policies - Rates are subject to New Hampshire 8% Meals & Room Tax.
- Private room rates are for one or two persons sharing a room and includes a full breakfast.
- Additional person in room $20.
- Child aged 4-12 years old in room $10. Children under 3 are free.
- Rate are subject to change without notice.
- Cancellation must be made 14 days prior to reservation arrival date.
- Cancellations made less than 14 days will result in a one night room charge.
- Arrival time: 3 pm - 6 pm, unless other arrangements have been made.
- Checkout: 11 am.
