Rates, Reservations & Policies

• Daily Rate: $95-$215 - All rooms and suites have private baths and include a delicious three-course breakfast year 'round and a homemade "teatime" treat in winter.
• Twin, double, queen or king size beds are available.
• Rates for extended stays or midweek corporate clients are available.
• Also, ask about our off-peak midweek "specials."
• Deposits & Cancellations: All reservations may be held with a credit card deposit for one night's lodging. The deposit will be credited to the last night of your stay, or refunded if cancellation is made 10 days prior to the arrival date, less a $20.00 per room processing fee. All cancellations must be made by telephone or in writing. Any cancellation made less than the required time in advance will result in a one night's charge, unless rooms can be refilled, in which case, only the $20 handling charge will apply.
• Exceptions: Fall foliage season requires cancellation 28 days prior to the date reserved. Christmas week requires FULL payment in advance and cancellation 28 days prior to the arrival date.
• Payment: Payment may be made in cash, check, Travelers check or credit card. We accept VISA, MasterCard and American Express.
• Rates are subject to the N.H. Meals & Rentals Tax and subject to change without notice.

   

• Check-out time: 11:00 a.m. Accommodations will be ready for occupancy at 2:00 p.m.
• Arrivals: Arrivals after 10:00 p.m. must be arranged in advance with the innkeeper.
• The Inn welcomes children 10 years of age and older or by special arrangement.
• This is a smoke-free inn; smoking allowed outdoors only.

   

• We offer king, queen, twin and double beds in ten guest rooms and suites, all with private baths.
• Children are most welcome over 10 years of age or by special arrangements. No pets can be accommodated.

• All rates are double occupancy.
• A New Hampshire rooms and meals tax is added.
• Gratuities are appropriate and appreciated.
• For additional person(s) in a room, add $15 each.
• Rates are subject to change, so please call to verify.
• The rates for Christmas, New Year's Eve, Valentine's Day, etc. will be listed at a later date and may be available only to guests booking two or three night minimum stays.
• Please inquire about our mid-week value nights - two nights plus one night free - fourth day half price (not available during peak seasons and/or certain holiday periods.

• A full, gourmet breakfast is included each morning, and a treat inside the bottomless cookie jar is promised each winter afternoon.
• Dinner Reservations are suggested if your plans include dinner at one of our fine local restaurants. If you'd like to see a menu, just ask. We'll make a reservation for you at your request.
• Maps and brochures are available, and we'll be happy to help acquaint you with the Monadnock Region.
• Telephones are available for collect and credit card calls.
