We have 17 King Suites, some on the front of the Inn, most on the back. They are beautifully decorated w/Pewter Beds, Luxurious 400 count, triple sheeting and custom bedding, Each has a window seat or window bench, 2-person Jacuzzi, Fireplace, 4' or 5' double headed Kohler "Shower for 2", 27" flat screen Sony w/DVD/VCR/Digital Music, most have a sitting room, separated by an archway, with a large comfy sofa, nesting tables and chair, High Speed Internet Access & individually controlled Central Air & Radiant Heat!

This beautiful corner suite gets the first light of day and stays sunny all day. It has a big sitting room with a 20" flat screen Sony, large comfy sofa and chairs, High Speed Internet. The bedroom has a 35" Panasonic w/DVD/VCR/Digital Music, Beautiful King Bed w/400 count triple sheeting, 2 person Jacuzzi and Fireplace. The Bath has an incredible 5' Kohler Steam Shower with a full bench.

This Sunny 'L' shape suite is my personal favorite. It faces the Wildcat River and fields of the Inn. The entry sitting room has a 20" flat screen Sony, large comfy sofa and chairs, High Speed Internet. The Master Bath Suite has a separate water closet, doorless, double headed, tiled shower, triangular 2 person Jacuzzi with the 2-sided Fireplace on the deck of the Jacuzzi and in the Bedroom which is lavishly decorated with a Pewter King Bed, luxurious 400 count triple sheeting,, 35" Panasonic w/DVD/VCR/Digital Music and 2 sitting areas in bright sunny windows.

This is the "Guest Favorite" for special occasions! It faces the entire property, village, church & Stone Bridge. The entry sitting room has a 20" flat screen Sony, Comfy Sofa and chairs, High Speed Internet. The Master Bath Suite has a doorless, double headed shower, 2-person Jacuzzi with a 2-sided Fireplace on the deck of the Jacuzzi and in the Bedroom which is beautifully decorated with Oak King furniture and 35" Panasonic w/DVD/VCR/Digital Music. From the bedroom, step into the "Top of the Turret" this is the brightest spot in the Inn! It has a burgundy Fainting Sofa, Ceiling Fan, 6 huge windows, and more! 

• Rates include Continental Breakfast, Evening Coffee, Tea & Sweets and a Noon C/O. They are based on double occupancy, additional person - add 30% to the room rate.
• The rate does not include the 9% NH rooms and meals tax unless otherwise noted.
• Deposit and Cancellation Policy: 50% deposit (100% for 1 night) required at booking. Deposit returned with a minimum 14 day notice. With less than 14 days notice of cancellation there will be a $50 cancellation fee and the balance of your deposit will be applied to a future stay within 6 months of the original reservation date. IF you cancel with 72 hours or less, you will forfeit your deposit.
• Cancellation Policy for Weddings, Special Events, Women's Inn~dulgence are more restrictive. Please call Inn for details
• Minimum Stay: A two night stay may be required for weekends, depending on the Season Holidays and vacation weeks may require additional nights.
• Rates are guaranteed by advance reservation only and are subject to change without notice.
• Children: First of all - We love children, we're thrilled to be new grandparents! BUT - the Snowflake Inn is a place for the two of you to relax, refresh and reconnect with one another! Our #1 niche group is "MOMs" (Mothers of Multiples), Parents who really appreciate restful nights & quiet mornings. We welcome your teen (14-up) and will treat him/her like a young adult. Mother/Daughter Escapes are Awesome!
• Smoking: The Snowflake Inn is VERY Non Smoking! Guests and visitors are not allowed to smoke in the Inn or on the porches near any entrances. There is a $250 charge for violating this policy.
• Dogs... We welcome your "well behaved" dog. The Snowflake Inn has 2 King Suites that are set up for our 4 legged friends w/a Special Bed, Dishes & Treat! He/She can not be left in the room for long periods of time, unattended. We are very strict about 'clean up' outside (we provide the bags)! There is a $25/Nite fee.
