Whether you're staying for one night or one month we want you to have an outstanding experience at our New Hampshire bed and breakfast. Our amenities and furnishings have been selected with your personal comfort in mind. First, our rooms are large. There's plenty of space to spread out. All of our rooms have sitting areas with two comfortable chairs for reading and relaxing. Our rooms are bright and cheery taking full advantage of mother nature's natural light and supplementing that with excellent man made lighting. The rooms at our New Hampshire bed and breakfast are clean. In fact, many guests tell us they have never stayed in a place so immaculate. Every room has a private bath and our bathrooms have modern plumbing, hairdryers, luxurious towels and our own private label soaps and shampoos. All our rooms are non-smoking and each offers independently controlled heat and air conditioning. And we have free WiFi in our guest rooms and common areas throughout the inn. 
Bear's Den
3rd floor, king size bed ~ When you reach the top of the stairs and enter Bear's Den you feel like you have your own private wing of the inn. All by itself on the 3rd floor this very spacious two room suite overlooks the backyard. The king size bed is covered with a charming quilt picking up the soft blues and reds that color the room. Enjoy the cozy sitting room with two wing back chairs upholstered in a wilderness fabric depicting bear and moose and outdoor adventure. There's a desk which is the perfect place for your laptop so you can take full advantage of our free wifi. The bathroom has a full tub with shower. Rate: $210 single / $210 double occupancy
Deer Lodge 2nd floor, queen size bed ~ Here you get it all - lots of space, sunshine and a view through a
large picture window. This is the room for birdwatchers with lots of attractive greenery close by which the birds love for perching. The room was enlarged a few years ago so it now offers a spacious sitting area with two comfortable chairs and a desk. The dark blue and white wallpaper and braided rugs make this room particularly handsome and the quilted bedspread provides country charm. You'll enjoy the pictures and carvings of deer and if you're lucky you may see one or two real ones out your window. The bath has a full tub with shower. Rate: $145 single / $180 double occupancy 
Goose Gully
2nd floor, queen size bed & twin bed ~ This large room surrounds you in soothing green and beige. With windows overlooking the grounds behind the inn (where occasionally moose or deer are seen) this is the room of choice for parties of three or couples needing two beds. It features a spacious sitting area with two swivel rocking chairs. You'll get a chuckle out of the bedside lamps which are miniature wooden models of outhouses complete with working doors and rolls of toilet paper inside. Throughout the room you'll find hand stitched needle work and other unique craft items. The bath has a full tub with shower. Rate: $140 single / $175 double occupancy/ $205 triple occupancy
Mallard's Cove 2nd floor, queen size bed ~ The rich maroon, green and beige colors in this room are highlighted by all day sunlight entering through three large windows. The queen bed sports a beautiful quilted bedspread, its maroon patches matching the classy wing back chairs in the room's sitting area. You'll find mallards scattered around this room from the wallpaper to the doorstop. The arched mirror over the dresser adds a special touch. The bath has a full tub with shower. Owl's Nest 3rd floor, queen size bed ~ Sometimes you forget to look at the interior decor of Owl's Nest because your eye is so drawn to the beautiful view of the backyard provided through the large picture window in this room. But this is one of our guests' favorite rooms decorated in deep blue and white. The room has a feel of a suite because the sitting area is separated from the queen size bed in the sleeping area by a half wall. The floor is a charming hard pine wood partially covered by blue and white braided rugs. Like all rooms there are two comfortable chairs in the sitting area, but these seats give you an Owl's eye view of our fifty wooded acres. The bath has a full tub with shower. Porcupine Hollow 2nd floor, king size bed ~ This two room suite extends the full depth of the inn front to back. The spacious sitting room features a maple hardwood floor accented with a deep green braided rug. You can relax in either of two elegant wing back chairs or atop a full size sofa. There is also a desk in this room for those who can't quite get away from work. The bedroom is separate from the sitting room and can be closed off for those couples who have different sleeping schedules. It has a king size bed and a lovingly restored dresser. The bath has a full tub with shower and a quirky tie to Jane Fonda. This is the perfect room for those celebrating a special occasion or who simply want to pamper themselves with extra space. Rate: $220 single / $220 double occupancy
Rabbit's Hole 3rd floor, queen size bed ~ Over the years the hand crafted rabbits have multiplied in this room, but this room is so large there's still plenty of space to spread out and relax. This 3rd floor room features a picture window providing a superb view of the backyard with its meandering stone walls and picture perfect sugar maple tree. Two swivel rocking chairs are strategically placed by this window offering the perfect place to relax. The predominant color throughout the room is a crisp green complemented by bright white. The room is particularly charming for its nooks and crannies giving a special personality unmatched anywhere else in the inn. A desk is nicely tucked into one of these nooks. Raccoon's Retreat 2nd floor, queen size bed and twin bed ~ This room faces the front of the inn and the backyard. It's a perfect room for couples needing two beds or for a party of three. The original hard pine floor is accented by a green braided rug and there are two elegant wing back chairs in a corner sitting area. Anyway you turn in this room you're bound to encounter a Raccoon as the mischievous, but charming animal has been incorporated in the decor in numerous places. The large bathroom has a full tub with shower. Rate: $130 single / $165 double occupancy/ $195 triple occupancy (Jan. 2 - March 31 $120 single / $150 double / $180 triple)
