Bear

With lovely views west to Hebron common and north to the meadow and beyond to Tenney and Crosby Mountains, this charming bedroom has two old, twin-sized farm beds.

Bear is ideally suited for couples or children and may be combined with Sugarloaf into a private apartment. Bear and Sugarloaf share an adjoining bathroom, but since guests are guaranteed private bathrooms, the rooms are usually rented singly. They're rented together only to families and friends who don't mind sharing the bathroom.

Crosby

The beadboarded walls and ceilings and gorgeous double-sized rope bed couldn’t be more appealing. This cozy room is the perfect size for a child or two, an adult, or a couple.

Crosby and Tenney share a bathroom with an adorable claw-footed tub. Combined, the two rooms make superb family quarters. Since all guests are guaranteed private bathrooms, the rooms are usually rented singly. They're rented together only to families and friends who don't mind sharing the bathroom.

Tenney

Two servants’ bedrooms were turned into this single one with beadboarded walls and ceilings, striking, mid 1800s carved double rope bed and antique furnishings.

Crosby and Tenney share a bathroom with an adorable claw-footed tub. Combined, the two rooms make superb family quarters. Since all guests are guaranteed private bathrooms, the rooms are usually rented singly. They're rented together only to families and friends who don't mind sharing the bathroom.

Loft

$85.00 / $200.00 night

Four huge window skylights facing meadow and mountains to the North and four dormer windows facing South toward the lake give the newly built Loft a bright, airy, and spacious look and feel.

A bedroom outfitted with queen and twin-sized beds, a living room with twin bed and queen-sized sofa bed, a full bathroom (with shower) and kitchen provide ample room for families, couples or small groups.

The apartment features lots of antiques, original barn board trim, farmhouse doors and counters made from the farm's old Indian shutters.

    Rates

    From $85 to $200 per night, plus 9% New Hampshire meals and rental tax.

    Breakfast

    A buffet country breakfast is served from 7:00 a.m. to 9:00 a.m. in the kitchen and may be eaten with other guests in the dining room or on one of the farm’s three porches.

    Check-In & Check-Out

    • Check-in time: 4 p.m.
    • Check-out time: 11 a.m.

    Smoking

    Meadow Wind is a no-smoking establishment; however, smoking is permitted outside

    Pets

    We're sorry we cannot accommodate pets.

    Children

    Children are always welcome.

    Deposits and Cancellation Policy

    A fifty percent deposit is required when you make your reservation.

    If you cancel your reservation with at least 14 days notice, your deposit will be refunded less a $15 service charge.

    If the reservation is canceled less than 14 days prior to the arrival date, the deposit is forfeited unless the room is re-rented.

    Full, non-refundable deposits are required for certain peak periods, including fall foliage time.

    Should a cancellation be necessary during a minimum stay period, you shall be responsible for payment of the minimum number of nights unless the room is re-rented.
