Policies
- Check-in & Check-out: Check-in is 3:00-6:00 p.m. If arriving later than 6:00 p.m., please contact the inn for specifics regarding check-in. Check-out is 11:00 a.m., but guests are welcome to remain at the inn following check-out to enjoy the building and grounds.
- Deposits. A deposit of 50% of your entire stay is required to secure your reservation.
- Credit Cards. Discover, MasterCard and Visa.
- Cancellations. Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours prior to confirmed arrival date to avoid a cancellation fee equal to one night's stay. Guests who arrive after the reservation start date, or prior to the reservation end date, are responsible for the entire reserved period.
- Minimum Stay: A minimum two-night stay is required during holiday weekends (including President's Day weekend, Memorial Day weekend, 4th of July weekend, Labor Day weekend and Columbus Day weekend) and Fall Foliage season. Room rates during these periods increase by $30.
- Children & Pets. We regret that the inn is unable to accommodate children under age 12 or pets at this time.
- Smoking. The Horse & Hound maintains a non-smoking environment as a courtesy to our guests.
