A ground floor room with views to the lawn and forest offering two double beds, Room 2 is painted deep mustard gold with plum bed coverings. Dark wood bedside table and desk, gold accents and Oriental rug balance the opulent colors of this room. Room 2 shares a large bath with Room 1.

Room 3

Room 3 is a profoundly romantic space, cocooning guests with Chinese red walls and ceiling trimmed in gold. Black velvet drapes frame windows with views to the forest from this second floor room. A king mansion bed featuring matelassé coverlet and shams is paired with matching tansu chests topped with Chinese tea canister lamps acquired from the Marriott estate on Lake Winnipesaukee. In one corner beneath a gold silk hanging lamp is a loveseat draped with a Chinese throw. The large private bath is decorated in white, red, and gold.

Room 4

One of our most popular accommodations, this second floor room with king size mansion bed pampers guests with verdant forest green walls and colorful art from India. A large antique gold-framed beveled mirror, Oriental rug, wooden dresser and upholstered chair add to the room's appeal. Unique to Room 4 is its large, private deck with table and chairs overlooking river and forest. A large private bath also offers views of the river.

Luxuriant sage green is the backdrop for the American furniture and European art in Room 5, matched by sage velvet drapes and furnishings for the king bed with carved headboard. An antique mirrored armoire borders an alcove with four drawer dresser, Oriental rug and upholstered chair. On the second floor, with private bath.

A ground floor room with mahogany four-poster queen size bed encircled by rich emerald green walls and ceiling. An Oriental rug, marble-topped washstand, upholstered chair, small writing desk and private bath complete the room.

This cozy, snug navy blue and white room includes a queen bed with upholstered headboard, two drawer dresser, matching bed tables with reading lamps, blue Jasperware accents and two small, ornately-framed South American landscapes. On the second floor, with views onto the front lawn, Room 7 shares a large bath with Room 8.

Walls and ceiling of Alexandria beige harmonize with the cranberry accents of this second floor room which overlooks the river. The queen mansion bed is accompanied by a tall six drawer dresser, tapestry-upholstered chair, and antique mahogany drop-leaf bedside table with pineapple lamp. Room 8 shares a large bath with Room 7.

Room 9

With a view of pine trees and the river below, Room 9 indulges with rich claret hues and Asian accents. Framing the four-poster king bed, a pair of nightstands display lamps made from statuettes of royal Chinese attendants. A Duncan Fife drop-leaf table, Oriental rug and Roman-style campaign chair finish off the room. An in-room sink with ornate gold-framed mirror supplements the private bathroom with shower.

Room 10

From the second floor, our largest accommodation (15' x 30') proffers a velvet-cushioned window seat from which to gaze at the splendid view below of the bend in the river. A dramatic California king bed with matching bedside tables and lamps is enhanced by Oriental rugs, antique dresser, and mahogany cheval mirror. Windows draped with burgundy velvet look out to the front lawn and forest beyond and provide backdrop for a loveseat and coffee table. Room 10 has walls of rose and burgundy toned floral wallpaper, a 36-inch television, ceiling fan, a walk-in closet and large private bath which also overlooks the river.

    Our lodging in New Hampshire include guest rooms that are furnished with cable television, plush terrycloth robes, air conditioners and our signature bath amenities. All bathrooms have hair dryers. An iron and ironing board are available upon request. All rates include our award-winning, multi-course breakfast to make all of our guests New Hampshire vacations unforgettable.

    Rates vary depending on season and are for single or double occupancy and include full breakfast, all beverages & gratuity-free service. Some weekends and holidays may require minimum stays. Riverbend Inn welcomes children 10 years of age and older.

    Extra Person: A few of our rooms allow for an extra person in the room. If a third person occupies a room, add $25 per night to the rate.

    Cancellation Policy: We require at least fourteen days advance notice of cancellation of a reservation. If cancellation is made with less than fourteen days notice, guests are liable for all room nights that cannot be resold. All cancellations are subject to a $25 service charge per room.

    Taxes: All rates are subject to the 9% New Hampshire Meals and Rentals tax.

    Payment: Riverbend Inn accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, travelers cheques and cash.

    Check-In and Check-Out: Guests may check in after 3 p.m. Check-out is by 11 a.m.

    Pets: Riverbend Inn resident cat Homer is adamant that the inn is exclusively his, so we regret that we cannot accommodate your pets.

    Smoking: No smoking inside the inn, however, guests may smoke outside on decks and grounds.
