Rates and Policies
- Room Rates range from $129-$199 per room, per night, plus tax, based on double occupancy.
- Some of our rooms can accommodate an extra person with an additional charge of $35 per night, plus tax.
- Check in: 3 - 8 pm, unless prior arrangements have been made; Check out: 11 am.
- From June 1st through October 31st, there is a 2-night minimum stay on weekends, also on some of our Package Special Weekends.
- Some weekends require a 3-night minimum.
- To guarantee your reservations, full payment is required for reservations of 1 night, and a 50% deposit is required for 2 or more nights.
- A deposit will be taken at the time reservations are made.
- We accept all major credit cards.
- Deposits will be refunded on all reservations cancelled 14 days or more prior to your arrival, minus a $20 administrative fee, per room.
- Less than 14 days notice, your deposit will be forfeited.
- There are no refunds for arrivals later or for an early departure.
- No Shows will be charged the full amount of the reservation.
- No pets. No smoking.
- We are unable to accommodate children under 12.
