    All rates are quoted per rooms for two people and include lodging, full breakfast, afternoon tea, taxes, and gratuity. Breakfast is served from 8:30 a.m. and tea, at 4:00 p.m. Bar set-ups are always available in the Granite Tap Room. Dining at Adair is seasonal; reservations can also be made for you at other fine restaurants nearby.

    • Check-In & Check-Out - Check-in is between 3-8 p.m. unless prior arrangements have been made. Check-out is by 11 a.m., but guests are welcome to spend as much time as desired at Adair after checking-out.

       

    • Deposit - A deposit of one night's lodging is required upon making your reservation. This is applied to the last night of your stay. Credit card reservations are processed at the time of reservation and considered firm.

       

    • Credit Cards - MasterCard, VISA and American Express

       

    • Confirmation - Written confirmation will be sent to you upon receipt of deposit. Please check the dates carefully as your deposit will be forfeited if you arrive after the dates specified.

       

    • Cancellations - A fifteen day notice of change of reservation dates or cancellation is required for a refund, less a $20.00 cancellation fee.

       

    • Children - Adair is inappropriate for young children; the exception being when one party books the entire property.

       

    • Pets - Adair cannot accommodate pets, quality boarding is available nearby.

       

    • Smoking - Kindly note that Adair is a non-smoking inn.

    Families or groups gathering at Adair may wish to take advantage of an "activity planner" we will assemble and mail to you prior to your visit. Just call or write describing your interests and we will provide you with a "shopping list" of opportunities to enjoy during your holiday.
