Sutherland Bed and Breakfasts
Sutherland, Nebraska is located 120 miles northeast of Denver, near several pleasant B&B establishments. Each March thousands of Sandhill cranes stop in Sutherland on their way to their nesting grounds in the north. During the fall and winter, hunters from around the country come to bag their share of whitetail deer, pheasant, quail, duck and goose. You can enjoy all the natural features of Sutherland at a Sutherland bed and breakfast. The historical home of Buffalo Bill Cody is located in North Platte, 20 miles east of Sutherland. On the road leading out of Sutherland, one can find the remains of the earliest Mormon Trail expeditions, the 1847 caravan, which included Brigham Young. If you are hungry, Buffalo Bill Cody's Scout's Rest Ranch has food and drink along with attractions. Or Sno White, right in Sutherland, has great casual food and service. Later on, relax in a Sutherland B&B or inn.
