The Master Suite

The Master Suite is unique. As the name implies, it is one magnificent suite and is the entire ground floor of the house. It has approximately 1500 square feet of luxurious space and furnishings and includes:

• A romantic bedroom with queen sleigh bed
• One and a half bathrooms
• Living area with two down -filled leather sofas
• Partial kitchen with fridge, dishwasher, toaster-oven and microwave
• Glass atrium
• A ping pong table
• Plush spa robes
• 36" TV, CD/DVD, VCR, stereo

Gourmet breakfasts and afternoon cocktails and hors' doeuvres can be served in your suite or on any one of our three patios and decks for maximum enjoyment of the views.

As our only guests, you can be assured of absolute privacy and attention to your needs. The private entrance allows you to feel completely secluded if you choose. We have two dogs, two cats and two horses, who love to visit outdoors with our guests (the horses wouldn't have it any other way!) ...perfect for those missing their own pets at home! Because of our central location in the valley, our home is an ideal place for small gatherings, business meetings, gourmet lunches and private, intimate parties. Wedding night, anniversary, and honeymoon couples are particularly pleased with our special touches and attention to details.

• The Master Suite is available with two different levels of service. Full service includes daily gourmet breakfast for two, housekeeping, and afternoon cocktails and hors' doeuvres. Self-catering service allows guests to eliminate one or all of these services for a reduced rate.
• Full Service Rates, two or more nights are as follows:
  • June 15th to September 5th, Thanksgiving and Christmas holidays, $285 per night.
    2009 recession rates: $235 per night
  • September 5th to October 5th, $225 per night.
    2009 recession rates: $195 per night.
  • October 5th to June 14th, $185 per night.
    2009 recession rates: $155 per night.
• For those seeking a more economical option, The Master Suite may be enjoyed as a "self-catering" accommodation.
  • Each service can be omitted at a savings of $10 per service. Please let us know if you desire this option at the time you are requesting your reservation.
• Special discounts are available for permanent, full time Montana residents during the low season for reservations of three or more nights. Please inquire for qualifications and rates.
• For maximum enjoyment of your stay in the suite, we recommend a limit of two guests. However, two additional adults or children over 7 can be accommodated on a queen rollaway at an additional cost of $65 per person per night and a two night minimum stay.
• A 7% accommodation and sales tax will be added to all lodging charges.
• For your maximum enjoyment, The Master Suite is a non-smoking adult facility for two.
• We do make arrangements for guests traveling with pets, including horses! We have a comfortable outdoor kennel for dogs or cats (well behaved and socialized only please) at $10 extra per day. Nearby and on site horse boarding facilities are available.
• A 25% cash, check, or money order deposit for your entire stay is required within 1 week of making your reservation.
• If reservation is made less than two weeks prior to arrival, the entire amount is payable with Visa/MC in order to secure it. A confirmation letter or email per your preference will then be issued.
• Upon arrival, balance of reservation will be due by cash, check, or credit card (Visa/Master) if not already paid in full.
• Deposits are non-refundable for cancellations less than 2 weeks prior to arrival.
• If we are able to fill the reservation, all but a $50 service fee will be refunded.
• For cancellations more than two weeks prior to arrival, deposits will be refunded less a $50 service fee.
• Arrival from 3 pm; Departure by Noon
