- The Brittany Rose Room
- This downstairs room has a queen size 4-poster bed and old fashioned rose wallpaper. The adjoining bath features a corner sink and nostalgic lace-surrounded clawfoot tub original to the house.
- The Ella Rose Room
- This upstairs room is sunny with yellow rose wallpaper and features a crocheted bedspread made by Jackie's grandmother.
- The Virginia Rose Room
- A large, airy room with romantic navy floral wallpaper and Battenburg accents. Take time to look through the stereoscope and view scenes from the past.
- The Rambling Rose Suite
- Consists of two bedrooms with connecting door. Enjoy the appeal of white wicker, pedestal sink, and an oak-carved beveled mirror.
The adjoining room offers a rustic cabin-like atmosphere with a Jenny Lind bed and matching daybed. Look through the century old photo albums, or settle down to read the copy of the newspaper the Botts sisters wrote about their beloved "Rosedale".

- Rooms - $65.00 to $75.00
- (2 rooms) Suite - $100.00
- All rooms have a private bath.
- Room rates are based on single or double occupancy, except for the Rambling Rose suite, which accommodates up to 4 guests.
- All rooms include full breakfasts.
- Additional person in room - $10.00 per guest, per night.
- A deposit of 50% of the amount (plus tax) is required to hold your reservation. Your deposit will be refunded less a $20.00 processing charge, provided cancellation is received 10 days prior to your reservation. Refunds after this period will be subject to re-rental of the room.
