We invite you to take a look at each room of our luxury bed and breakfast just outside of Ironton, MO in the beautiful Arcadia Valley near St. Louis (a short 80 mile drive) and Farmington, Missouri (only 17 miles).  Most or our rooms have Jacuzzi tubs and all have spa showers. Curl up next to the romantic fireplace in Scarlett's Hideaway.

Our guests often have a difficult time deciding which room of our historic farm retreat suits their fancy.  If you're in our area for Missouri hiking, biking, floating the Black River at Lesterville, or visiting the Missouri State Parks, we provide a conveniently located lodging alternative.  All are within a short drive.  If you're just getting away for a relaxing, private getaway in our beautiful Ozarks, Plain and Fancy B & B is the place to come to romance, relax and renew.  All guests have access to our outdoor hot tub, beautiful gardens. gazebo and swimming pool (in season).  See our beautiful grounds, hot tub and swimming pool at this link.  All rooms have Wi/Fi internet access.

Enjoy your breakfast in the main dining room, the breakfast room or one of our many outdoor areas, weather permitting. Every morning you will discover a delicious delight which might include fresh fruit, Orange Friendship Muffins, Banana Split Pancakes or Bacon and Egg Burritos. You will find homemade Jumbo Cookies in your room and chocolates by your bed. The mini-fridges are stocked with soda and bottled water. Hot tea and coffee available anytime.

To Find Ironton- Arcadia area from St. Louis or Farmington, MO:
Take I-55 south about 22 miles (from I-270) to Exit 174B.
Take US-67 south about 35.5 miles past Bonne Terre and Park Hills to Hwy 221 (1 mile south of MO-32 Farmington, MO exit).
Turn right (west) on Hwy 221 about 16.5 miles to MO-21.

To find Plain & Fancy from the Arcadia Valley:
Take MO-21 south about 2 miles south from Pilot Knob to MO-72 junction.
Take MO-72 east; you will pass Hwy JJ about 1.5 miles out. Continue another 0.5 miles east on MO-72.
