Policies
- Rates based on 2 or more nights, single or double occupancy with a full breakfast.
- 2 night minimum Friday or Saturday stay during Peak and Winter.
- 3 night minimums may apply on New Years, Presidents Day, Memorial, Independence and Labor Day holidays.
- Check-in 4pm to 6pm (self check-in required after 6pm)
- Check-out Noon
- No snowmobiles or ATVs may be operated on the premises
- No children under 12
- No pets - Sorry no exceptions (our 2 cats don't roam the guest area)
- No indoor smoking
- Cancellation Policy: Cancellations made 14 or more days prior to arrival will receive a complete deposit refund. Cancellations made less than 14 days prior to arrival will forfeit the 30% deposit. Failure to show for a reservation will result in loss of deposit and an amount equal to the first night's stay or the total charges for the confirmed booking, whichever is less.
