    Laura Rose    		 The Asa Parker House has four thoughtfully appointed and spacious guest rooms/suite. Wake up to a piece of history in our glorious 150 year old home! Our luxury accommodations in each of our guest rooms, offer air conditioning, ceiling fans, bath amenities, new king and queen pillow top mattress with soft linens, comforter and wonderful cotton towels. Downstairs the sweet smell of coffee should awaken you from your sleep.

    Our guest rooms are an escape from phones and TV. We have a portable TV in our home if needed and a house phone for our guest to use. The home is quiet yet full of technology. You may access our wireless internet service reserved for you at any time of day or night.

    At the Asa Parker House each morning you will awaken to enjoy a full 4 course healthy breakfast consisting of fresh fruits (in season), homemade muffins, breads, and scones, breakfast meat, as well as a hot entree, juices, fresh ground coffee or tea. (Special diets may be arranged prior to arrival). The meal is served in the formal dining room. However, if you prefer a little more privacy, for a nominal fee we can bring breakfast to you.

    We have many amenities, from inside secure bike storage and rental, to a professional tennis court with basketball hoop. Come and stay and see for yourself why our bed & breakfast is one of the Saint Croix's true treasures.

     

     

    Alice O'Brien Suite Located on the second floor with French style windows this room is actually three rooms tucked under the eaves of the house. This elegant suite offers multiple rooms for sleeping or reading. One room contains a day bed, reading lamp and chair while the other contains a Iron queen size bed with its own state of the art air conditioning. The bathroom includes a two person corner Jacuzzi whirlpool. In addition, during the summer we invite you to relax on your own private porch which is attached to the suite. $189/night
    Isabella Parker Room Relax and enjoy a spectacular sunrises. This room is located on the second floor offering a 19th century Walnut bed and double sized whirlpool tub. This room features a marble bathroom floor. This room has been featured in Minnesota Monthly magazine. $149/night
    Sarah Louise Room Our most historic suite the Sarah Louise Room is located on the main floor and features original hardwood floor. With a Victorian four-poster feather bed for your comfort why not escape with a warm soaking bath in the antique claw-foot tub facing your very own gas-burning fireplace. This room offers a private bathroom, shower and slate flooring. A pedestal sink elaborates the era all for your comfort. $149/night
    Laura Rose Laura Rose is an elegant room with family antiques and Laura Ashley wallpaper. It is located on the second floor and features a 4-poster mahogany queen feather bed with an electric fireplace at the foot. The room provides great views of the grounds and also has a private bath. $149/night

     

     

    Policies:
    • Asa Parker House is an exclusive property where every guest reservation is both important and special to us. If your travel plans change and you must cancel your reservation, please call us at least 14 (fourteen) days prior to your arrival date to cancel your reservation less a $25 processing fee.
    • In the unlikely event that you must cancel with less than fourteen (14) days notice, shorten your stay or check out early, please understand that we must ask you to take responsibility for your entire reservation. If we can rebook your room(s), a full or partial refund may be made.
    • A 30 day cancellation notice is required on multiple room bookings, whole house bookings, and for some holidays and special events.
    • Rates/policies are subject to change and vary during high impact periods and special requests.
    • If you are using a Gift Card or Certificate please mention it at the time of reservation.
    • Check-in: 4 - 6 PM. If arriving outside of check-in times, please call to make arrangements.
    • Check-out: 11 AM.
    • No Smoking; however designated outdoor areas are available.
    • No Pets, please call for help in boarding your pet locally.
    • Due to fire regulations, no wax candles allowed.
    • Special situations allow for children, please call to make arrangements.

     

    Weddings

    We are well suited for lovely year round weddings. The serenity and calming effect of Marine on Saint Croix makes it a marvelous place to be. We have multiple areas where we can accommodate 10 - 30 guests for your wedding. The grounds can accommodate tents, caterers, music, photographers and small receptions. Very intimate weddings (10 and under) are frequently held in the parlor of the Asa Parker House. The grounds can accommodate "standing" wedding ceremonies of up to 30.

    Cost: $300 for three hours grounds rental

    Includes:

    • Use of the main home level for wedding
    • Use of the grounds for wedding or reception
    • A changing room if available
    • We will provide coffee and punch for up to 30

    Each wedding is unique! There are endless options from simple grounds rental to whole home rental, additional hours and room rental. Call for costs and particulars we will be happy to work with you to make your day that special day.
