Blue Room
The Blue Room is an old fashioned room with original fir paneling, a unique wall cabinet and large French casement windows with lake breezes circulated by a ceiling fan. This cozy room features a white, classic queen metal bed and all blue and white furnishings. Guests can enjoy interesting views of the original ice house and "back bay" of Elbow Lake. The addition of an electric fireplace provides ambiance and extra warmth on those cool spring and fall evenings. Brand new private bathroom with shower and lush terry cloth robes entice you to settle in.

Fireplace Room
The Fireplace Room is a cozy, country room showcasing a brand new private bathroom with shower. Enjoy lovely lake breezes circulated by a ceiling fan and/or a warming wood fire in the 1920's gray stone fireplace. Original French windows open up the room to the great lake views and fresh air of Elbow Lake. A queen size Toulouse metal bed, antiques & two comfy rattan chairs let you settle in, wrapped in softness from terry cloth robes, while enjoying the romance of Xanadu Island.

Lakeside Room
The Lakeside Room is a light, airy upstairs room, with pine wainscoting and a wall of windows providing the most spectacular view of the lake. A queen size wicker bed, matching furnishings, luxury European linens, ceiling fan circulating lake breezes & a double, heart-shaped Jacuzzi for two (in addition to a private bath with shower) invite you to spend time in your room. Wrap yourself in a soft terry cloth robe to enjoy those special evenings when the full moon shimmers across the lake. Before heading downstairs to begin your day, take time to enjoy the lovely sitting area just outside your room.

Ella's Room
Ella's Room, named for Margie's grandmother who also rented rooms to boarders, is a soothing yellow with oak wainscoting and perfect for creating sweet dreams. Views of the lake can be enjoyed through the island's pines, maples and oaks from the antique rocker or from the lovely cherry and wrought iron queen bed. A heart-shaped Jacuzzi for two, ceiling fan, private bathroom with shower, and soft terrycloth bathrobes invite self-pampering and relaxation. A cheerful sitting room overlooking the lake and for enjoying quiet time is just down the hall.

Chauffeur's Cottage
The Chauffeur's Cottage, closest to the lakeshore, sleeps 7. It has a single and double bed in one room, a queen bed in another and a queen hide-a-bed sofa in the living room. The fully furnished kitchen provides up-to-date amenities and all guests can enjoy a lovely view of the lake.
$800/week or $160/day with a 3 day minimum.
With approval and availability, less than 3 days are possible for a $50.00 surcharge.
Groundskeeper's Cottage
The Groundskeeper's Cottage sleeps 8. It has a double bed in one room, a queen + two twin beds in the second and a new double sized futon in the living room. The addition of a lovely covered porch provides space to read, relax, dine, socialize or just enjoy the view and breezes of the lake.
$800/week or $160/day with a 3 day minimum.

Maid's Cottage
The Maid's Cottage at this Minnesota vacation resort is the smallest, yet coziest cottage. Newly remodeled with an 8'X10"addition, a queen bed and an open sitting area enjoyed from a comfortable double sized futon sofa is very comfortable for up to 4 guests.
$675/week or $135/day with a 3 day minimum.
With approval and availability, less than 3 days are possible for a $50.00 surcharge.

Policies
- CHECK IN AND CHECK OUT: Check in time: After 3:00 P.M. unless you make special arrangements/. Check out time: By 11:00 A.M. in the B&B and by 10:00 A.M. in the cottages unless you make special arrangements
- SMOKING: We ask all guests to refrain from smoking indoors, both in the B&B and Cottages. Smoking anywhere outdoors is O.K.
- PETS: Pets are not allowed in the B&B; however, well behaved dogs that won't bother other guests are welcome in the cottages. We ask that you be responsible for their sanitary needs, agree to a $10/pet/day surcharge and notify us upon booking your reservation.
- CHILDREN: Couples going to a bed and breakfast have left children with Grandpa and Grandma or friends, so we have a policy of no children under twelve in the house unless you have rented the entire house. We welcome and enjoy having children in the cottages.
- RESERVATION CONFIRMATION: All cottage reservations and three or more B&B room night reservations require a deposit. The deposit shall be equal to 50% of the total reservation.
- CANCELLATIONS: Bed and Breakfast reservations may be cancelled 14 days in advance of stay; cottage reservations 60 days in advance. If you cancel after these deadlines, you will be responsible for the full cost of your scheduled stay. If we, or you, are able to schedule someone else to fulfill your cancelled reservation, then a refund will be issued.
- REFUNDS: Any refunds shall be for the amount submitted minus a 10% administrative fee. This will cover such expenses incurred as credit card fees and relisting of availability.
