Rates & Policies

• Memorial Day Weekend through September rates range from $200 to $295 per night.
• May & October rates range from $155 to $255 per night. $50 mid-week reduction in October
• November through April rates range from $120 to $195 per night. $40 mid-week reduction lakeview rooms only
• Garden view rooms $25 mid week reduction. (Mid-week rates may not apply to holiday weeks)
• (NOTE: Weekday rates not available Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Year's weeks.)
• Quoted prices do not include 8% State & Local Lodging Tax.
• There is a two night minimum on weekends (three nights required on holiday weekends).
• Advance reservations are required with a 50% prepayment at time of reservation.
• One night stay requires full pre-payment.
• Any cancellation or change results in a $25 (per room) fee. Cancellations or changes 14 days or less prior to scheduled arrival result in a forfeiture of entire deposit amount.
• We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express.
• Check-in time is 4:00 PM (Eastern Time). Please let us know if you will be arriving after 9:00 PM. Check out time is Noon.
• The Sandpiper Inn is an adults only Bed and Breakfast.
