Victoria Resort Bed & Breakfast
King Deluxe Room
Plan a South Haven getaway to the Victoria Resort Bed and Breakfast in this rich, luxurious room. With striking hardwood furniture, king size bed, beautiful fireplace and large whirlpool tub for two, this spacious room is the most frequently requested for anniversaries, birthdays and other special occasions.
Near the foot of the bed is a large built in cabinet that surrounds the fireplace and houses the television, dvd player, a small refrigerator and coffeemaker. With an in-line heater, the whirlpool maintains the temperature of the water while you soak. There is a private bathroom with a separate shower.
Please note that all rooms in the bed & breakfast are appropriate for one or two adults only.
Queen Deluxe
The Queen Deluxe room is a guest favorite at the Victoria Resort Bed & Breakfast. This corner room has plenty of sunshine all day with two windows facing south and one window facing west. The muted greens and warm cherry finish furniture brings a modern touch to this vintage inn. With a spacious whirlpool tub in the corner and fireplace in the opposite corner, this is a comfortable and welcoming room. The armoire has the television, dvd player, small refrigerator, and coffee maker. There is a private bathroom with a separate shower.

Mini-Suite
The Mini-Suite at the Victoria Resort B&B has a bedroom, sitting room and bathroom with a large whirlpool tub and separate shower. The bedroom features a dark walnut armoire with cable tv and dvd, cozy fireplace and queen size bed. A small sitting room includes a loveseat, small refrigerator and coffemaker and provides a comfortable separate area to plan your adventure around South Haven.

Standard Queen
When visiting the Lake Michigan shoreline, the Standard Queen room may be the perfect fit for your vacation plans in South Haven. The room features solid maple furniture, a queen bed, fireplace and a small private bathroom.
A little cafe table and two chairs offers a spot for the first cup of coffee in the morning or the perfect place to plan your winery tours and dinner plans.
An armoire houses the television and dvd, and there is also a small refrigerator and coffeemaker for your convenience.
All rooms in the bed & breakfast are appropriate for one or two adults only.
Please note there are two rooms called the Standard Queen, and there are slight differences in decor.
Cozy Queen
When the Victoria Resort was originally built in the 1920s, all of the guest rooms were this small dimension. The only original, vintage room in the bed and breakfast is the Cozy Queen. Perfect for an economical traveler who will appreciate a great location in South Haven with little intention of staying inside during their Michigan vacation.
The Cozy Queen is a corner room and features a queen bed, armoire with cable tv and dvd player. There is also a coffeemaker in the this room as well as a private bathroom. As the innkeeper puts it, "It's called Cozy for a reason!" but you won't find a better deal at a bed and breakfast so near the beach.
All rooms in the bed & breakfast are appropriate for one or two adults only.
Cottage A
The Victoria Resort offers five guest cottages on the property that are appropriate for family vacations or couples getaways. Cottage A has two bedrooms, one bathroom, spacious living room and full kitchen.
One bedroom has a queen bed, the second bedroom has a pair of twin beds, and the bathroom has a traditional shower & tub combination. The living room features a beautiful leather sofa and recliner, plus a cozy fireplace, cable tv & dvd player and easy access to the full kitchen.
The kitchen has a table for four and is equipped with stove, oven, refrigerator, pots, pans, dishes, utensils, dish soap and more.
From mid-spring through the end of fall, enjoy the charcoal grill and picnic table outside and the screened porch. This guest cottage has heat, air conditioning during the summer and ceiling fans to keep you comfortable any time of year.
During the summer, reservations are typically for a full week. During the spring, fall and winter the cottage may be reserved for shorter periods of time (even as little as one night).
Please note: Although the cottage is located on the Victoria Resort property, breakfast is not available with our guest cottages.
Cottage B
This Lake Michigan cottage rental is always a guest favorite at the Victoria Resort, quite often for couples seeking a romantic getaway.
With a real wood fireplace in the living room and a long whirlpool tub in the bathroom, this cottage exudes charm. The tall ceilings,
Cottage B has one bedroom with a queen bed and a second bedroom with two twin beds. The bathroom has a large whirlpool tub and separate shower. Available all year round, this home rental in South Haven has heat, air conditioning, and ceiling fans to help keep you comfortable.
Breakfast is not available with this guest cottage, unless reserving our Getaway Package from November through April. Please refer to our Specials & Packages posted on our website for details.

Cottage C
Cottage C offers a great space for several couples to share, or a larger family. With three bedrooms and three bathrooms plus a great living room with a fireplace, this cottage will keep everyone happy.
One bedroom has a queen bed with a private bathroom, a second bedroom has another queen bed with a private bathroom, and the third bedroom has two twin beds. The third bathroom is located just off the living room. Just off the kitchen is a large deck, and nearby is the picnic table and charcoaol grill. The kitchen has a table for six, plus all of the pots, pans, dishes and utensils you may need.
Available all year round, the cottage has heat, air conditioning and ceiling fans to help keep you comfortable.
Please be aware that while the guest cottages are located on the Victoria Resort property, breakfast is not available.
Weekly rentals are available throughout the summer. Shorter visits are available during the fall, winter and spring seasons.
Cottage D
Cottage D is a great vacation rental for visiting South Haven this summer, fall, winter or spring. With a king size bed in one bedroom and a bunk bed in the second bedroom, this Michigan cottage is a popular choice for a family or for couples seeking a romantic getaway.
The living room has a wood fireplace, cable television and DVD player. Just off the living room is the bathroom, which has an oval whirlpool tub for two, skylight and separate shower.
The galley style kitchen has everything you need for a South Haven vacation rental, and the peninsula provides a great spot for that first cup of coffee in the morning.
A deck off the living room offers seating for four with a picnic table and charcoal grill on the lawn. During the summer, guests appreciate being close to the swimming pool for easy access to cool off each evening.
Available year round, this cottage has heat, air conditioning, and ceiling fans to help keep you comfortable.
Breakfast is not available with our guest cottages, unless reserving this cottage with our Getaway Package. Please visit the Victoria Resort webpage for details on the Getaway Package available November through April.
Cottage E
Cottage E is the classic vacation rental, with cheerful beach colors and a great kitchen table to gather around. There are three bedrooms and three bathrooms, which makes for a great couples retreat or family gathering. One bedroom has a queen bed with a private bathroom, a second bedroom has another queen bed with a private bathroom, and the third bedroom has one queen bed. The third bathroom is located just off the kitchen. The living room has cable and DVD player, and there is a great deck off the kitchen. The shady front lawn has a picnic table and charcoal grill.
Cottage E has heat, air conditioning and ceiling fans to help keep you comfortable when you visit the Lake Michigan shoreline during the summer, spring, winter or fall. Reserve a full week during the summer months, or plan a getaway any other time of year for just a few nights away.
Breakfast is not available with our guest cottages. For adult getaways in the bed & breakfast, please refer to our rooms in the bed and breakfast.

Policies
It is our desire to make your lodging accommodations at our Michigan bed and breakfast as memorable and pleasant as possible. Please read through the following policies:
Cancellations, Deposits & Refunds:- Room reservations can be guaranteed with a Visa, MasterCard or Discover.
- If you are using a Visa debit card or MasterCard check card, a deposit of 50% or one night's stay is required.
- For weekly cottage reservations, a deposit of 50% must be mailed within one week after booking your cottage.
- Our reservation and/or deposit procedure is subject to change, but you will be advised of our reservation/deposit procedure when you book your reservation.
- Room Cancellation - If you cancel at any time, there is a $25 cancellation fee. If canceling less than 7 days prior to scheduled arrival, you are responsible for the full reservation. If we are able to re-rent your entire reservation, there is only a $25 cancellation fee. If canceling more than 7 days prior to scheduled arrival, you are only responsible for a $25 cancellation fee.
- Weekly Cottage Cancellation - If canceling less than 90 days prior to scheduled arrival, you are responsible for the full reservation. If we are able to re-rent your entire reservation, there is only a $50 cancellation fee. If canceling more than 90 days prior to scheduled arrival, you are only responsible for a $50 cancellation fee.
Please Note:- Any portion of the original reservation that can be re-rented to another guest will lesson your financial responsibility, so please notify us as soon as possible for the greatest opportunity to refill your spot.
- No-shows will be charged for the entire reservation.
- Early departures are considered a cancellation, so please let us know as soon as possible if your travel plans change.
Our Policies- A two-night minimum applies to most weekends. Exceptions are possible, so please contact the Innkeeper for details. For certain holiday and event weekends, a three-night minimum may apply.
- Holidays & event weekends may be subject to our peak season weekend rates.
- Special rates, promotions and packages cannot be combined and may have other limitations, so please inquire when booking your reservation.
- All accommodations are non-smoking, no pets and no candles.
- All rooms accommodate a maximum of two adults (no children).
- If you are traveling with children, please consider one of our guest cottages, as we do maintain an adult atmosphere in the bed & breakfast.
- A full, homemade breakfast is included only with the rooms in the bed & breakfast.
- Rates subject to 6% sales tax and 2% bed tax.
- Payment is requested at check-in. Personal checks, cash, Visa, MasterCard and Dsicover are accepted.
- If you intend to use a gift certificate, you must let us know in advance.
- Massage appointments require 24 hour notice for cancellation, otherwise the full charge will apply.
Check-in/Check-out- For the Bed & Breakfast: Check-in after 3 pm, check-out by 11 am EST.
- For Weekly Cottages: Check-in after 4 pm, check-out by 10 am EST.
- Early check-in and/or late check-out may be available, please contact us for details.
- Guests planning to arrive after 8:00 pm EST should call in advance to discuss arrangements.
