Room 1 is on the first floor and is Handicap Accessible

• Advance reservations are required with a 50% prepayment at time of reservation.
• We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover and Paypal.
• 2 night minimum stay New Years and Valentine’s Day weekends.
• When possible due to cancellation or void in our reservations, we can accommodate one night stays. Full pre-payment of room is required for one night stay.
• Prices do not include 6% Michigan Use Tax
• Our upstairs rooms – Seagrass & Mahogany – can accommodate up to three people. Extra person beyond 2 adults is $25 per night.
• In 2011-2012, Rabbit Run Inn will be open for Christmas and New Years Eve weekend.
• Occupancy: Rates are for room only, occupancy 1-2 per room.
• The upstairs rooms, however, can accommodate up to three people upon request. For the additional service (3 people), a daily fee of $25 is added to the room rate. There is a daily charge of $25 if an additional bed is needed in the room.
• Children: We welcome children at Rabbit Run Inn. Because we have a koi pond and two acres of lawn and woods, we ask that children be supervised at all times for their own welfare. Thank you parents – in advance – for respecting this policy.
• Gift Package Availability: Rabbit Run Inn will help facilitate a gift stay for your friends. family and business associates. Please call 269-405-1050 or email your request to rabbitruninn@comcast.net. Gift packages require advance payment in full.
• Cancellation: Rabbit Run will credit the entire amount of the reservation deposit with one week (7 days) notice of cancellation. A reminder of our cancellation policy is included with the reservation confirmation. We reserve the right to charge the amount of the deposit to our guest’s credit card, if we do not receive the cancellation notification within the 7 day window. We do provide a “rain check” for guests who are unable to cancel their reservation within the 7 day cancellation window.
• No Show: Rabbit Run Inn reserves the right to charge the card balance due on the arrival date if the party reserving the room fails to notify Rabbit Run Inn that the party will not be arriving on the agreed upon date (“no show”).
