- To guarantee your reservation we require a major credit card to which we will charge an amount equal to one night's stay.
- Upon processing this to your credit card, we will mail you a confirmation of your reservation.
- A request for cancellation will be honored when received no less than one week prior to your scheduled arrival date.
- Otherwise the deposit will be forfeited and remain charged to your credit card. $25 cancellation fee.
- Rates do not include applicable taxes.
- Smoking is only permitted on cottage porches.
