Room One
The largest of Bayside's guest rooms, Room One features the best view of the Saugatuck Harbor. Two sets of sliding glass doors open to the panoramic double-length balcony with seating for two. The balcony presents views south to Saugatuck's harbor, west to Mt. Baldhead (Saugatuck's largest sand dune), and north to the riverbend leading to Lake Michigan. Located on the second floor, Room One also offers a king bed, cable TV with DVD player, private bath, telephone, wireless internet access, and a sitting area.
Rates: $140-230 nightly (varies by time of year).
Waterfront Suites
Suite Seven
Suite Seven is located on the ground floor, and features a spacious waterfront living room with a fireplace and sliding glass doors that open to the private patio which has an outdoor table and chairs for relaxing. Suite Seven has a separate bedroom with a king size bed and a kitchenette complete with dishes and utensils. Cable television with DVD player, private bath with Jacuzzi, wireless internet access, and telephone are also included.
Rates: $170-290 nightly (varies by time of year).
Suite Eight
Located on the second floor, Suite Eight offers a large waterfront balcony with table and chairs for relaxing, and a spacious living room complete with a fireplace. A separate bedroom with a queen size bed overlooks the downtown activities. The suite also features a kitchenette equipped with dishes and utensils, private bath, cable television with DVD player, wireless internet access, and telephone. Note: The living room couch folds out into a queen-size sofa-sleeper, this is for use by children only. An additional $15/night will apply.

Suite Nine
This large apartment is located where the boathouse docking area once stood. It features a large waterfront deck complete with table and chairs for relaxing, a roomy living area with a fireplace overlooking the Kalamazoo River, and a kitchen equipped with dishes and utensils. The bedroom overlooks the downtown activities and offers a queen size bed. Private bath, cable television with DVD player, wireless internet access, and telephone are also included. Note: The living room couch folds out into a queen-size sofa-sleeper, this is for use by children only. An additional $15/night will apply.

Suite Ten
The main level of this two-story apartment offers a quaint living room with fireplace and sliding glass doors that open to a large waterfront deck with outdoor tables and chairs for sun-bathing or relaxing. A half-bath and fully stocked kitchen are also located on this floor. Upstairs, the master bedroom features a queen size bed and private balcony overlooking the Saugatuck Harbor. The second bedroom has two twin beds, perfect for children. A full bath with a shower/tub completes this level. Apartment comes with cable television with DVD player, wireless internet access, and telephone.

Off-Site Rentals
Waterfront Jacuzzi Suite 505
This suite is located on the west bank of the Saugatuck Harbor, only eight feet from the water's edge. An inviting king bed and waterfront balcony, providing a spectacular view of charming downtown Saugatuck, await you. The living room offers an additional waterfront balcony. The kitchenette is equipped with dishes and utensils, and the large bathroom includes a 2-person Jacuzzi and separate shower. Cable television, DVD player and air-conditioning are included. This suite is across the river from the BaySide Inn, commonly known as the "beach side" of town. Although the suite is just across the river, it is approximately a 5-7 minute drive in to town. Or a couple minutes ride across on the Chain Ferry, when opperational. Note: Due to the close proximity to the water, for safety reasons we do not allow children in this suite. Breakfast at the BaySide Inn is not included in the rental of this apartment. Maximum Occupancy: 2 adults.

Waterfront Jacuzzi Suite 507
This suite is located on the west bank of the Saugatuck Harbor, only eight feet from the water's edge. The bedroom offers a comfortable king bed and an additional waterfront balcony that provides spectacular views of charming downtown Saugatuck just across the river. The spacious bathroom includes 2-person Jacuzzi tub and separate shower. Kitchenette is equipped with dishes and utensils. Cable television, DVD player and air-conditioning are included. This suite is across the river from the BaySide Inn, commonly known as the "beach side" of town. Although the suite is just across the river, it is approximately a 5-7 minute drive in to town. And, to make your stay more comfortable we have many room and suite options to choose from, all beautifully appointed with you in mind. Remember to book early, especially during the summer months and around holidays, our rooms and suites go fast!
- Minimum Stays: All weekend stays are subject to a 2-night minimum throughout the year (exceptions are occasionally made during the winter months). Weekends in July & August require a 3-night minimum stay for guest rooms, while the suites have a one week minimum during this period. Holiday and Festival weekends may have longer minimum stay requirements. Weekday stays (Sunday through Thursday) require no minimum stay.
- Reservations can be made up to one year in advance and require a deposit. The amount of the deposit is usually one night's stay, however, it varies according to the dates chosen and the length of the stay. There are no refunds for early check-outs.
- Cancellations received 7 or more days prior to the scheduled arrival date are subject to a $15.00 cancellation fee; the remainder of the deposit will be refunded.
- For cancellations made less than 7 days prior to the scheduled arrival date, the room deposit is non-refundable. Holiday and Festival weekends and weekly stays may require a 30 day notice for cancellations.
- Smoking is not permitted anywhere inside the Bayside Inn. You may smoke outside on your balcony or on the common patio. Those who violate the non-smoking policy will be charged a $255 cleaning fee.
- Pets are not allowed. If you must bring your pets with you on your trip you can lodge them at a local kennel.
