Sandy Cottage

Lakeside cottages often possess a certain rustic charm.
In Sandy Cottage, you’ll find plenty of charm – without the rustic.

Just one hour from Detroit…
Just 15 minutes from Port Huron…
Just 110 feet from a private Lake Huron beach…

Sandy Cottage offers a deluxe getaway for four (perhaps six) and views of Lake Huron from the living room, kitchen and upper bedroom. It rents by the week, or, if available, for a weekend.

The comforts of a year-round home are yours in 1,500-s.f. Sandy Cottage. It’s up-to-date, clean and fresh, and fully equipped. All you need to bring are food, clothing and items related to the fun stuff you’ll be doing

Second-floor suite, 400 s.f., has a queen bed, reading alcove, cathedral ceiling, skylights, romantic lighting, attached bathroom (double sinks, tub-shower combo) and dressing room/closet.

In a cozy nook on the first floor, you have – well okay, it’s a daybed plus trundle, but they have great mattresses. The first-floor bathroom has a stall shower. A queen sofa bed also is available.

Prepare meals in the fully equipped kitchen. Dine overlooking an intimate, fenced garden.

With three steps up to the house and two steps separating the first-floor living space, the house offers limited accessibility.
