Its majestic 20 ft tongue-and-groove white pine ceilings and open floor-plan sleeps seven comfortably and offers kitchen facilities, it has a private tower library and magnificent slate walk-in shower.

Historic yet cozy, welcoming, warm, clean, and a great and imaginative full breakfast.

Unique, in its own history and in a special town with many natural attractions.
What do you love most about your inn?
Our Inn is set up so that everyone feels individually cared for and uniquely appreciated for their choice of staying with us. Many repeat guests.
If someone has never been to your city, what is the #1 reason to come visit?
The #1 rating of our beach & state parks.
What’s the best compliment you have ever received about the inn?
How memorable this place made their stay, but some international travelers telling me this was the best breakfast choice they ever had in the world (A band from Australia!).
What’s the best kept secret about the area?
The charm that is between the historic and restored Victorian homes down the avenue passing by all the coffee & ice cream shops until you come upon the beach and lighthouse, or watch the ferryboat come in and the stunning sunsets.
If a traveler is staying at your inn for 4 nights, what should he/she do in the area?
Take one day at the State park and/or antiquing, picnicking or dining. Visit our farm www.myfarmvacation.com and see the historical museums, stroll through Pentwater Fresh Fish Fry, carry-out to the bluffs along the Lakeshore drive back in town. Spend a day at Stearns Park, Michigan’s #1 beach, many games available, walk to casual dining and even stroll home from there. We are 25 minutes from a casino if the weather or night life calls.
Is there anything within walking distance of your inn?
Most everything is within walking distance. We even suggest that 2-3 night guests from the ferry crossing, leave their car and we'll pick them up with arrival luggage and drop them off in the morning.
What is your favorite restaurant/food in the area?
We have 4-5 unique and superb choices and many casual diners in walking distance as well as familiar chains out by the freeway.

Seven: 2-family sized rooms, 2 king rooms, and 3 queen rooms.
Do you accept pets?
Pets are often acceptable here. It depends on individual factors. We do offer local services.
Breakfast is designed to accommodate you, the guest. Offering a variety of choices, tailored to meet your plans for the day.
For early birds, a fresh pot of coffee is brewing. Grandma's fresh nut breads, yogurts, juices and cereals await the early morning munchers. At 9 AM enjoy our buffet extravaganza - hot gourmet egg variations, quiches, waffles, fresh fruit salads, crepes, local and seasonal favorites.
In the afternoon, homemade sesame walnut biscotti's, coffee, tea and our secret recipe Lemon Peppermint Ice tea are available to hold you over until your evening dinner plans. We can help with a list of local menus, available in our catalog.
Murder Mystery Evenings
You are invited to be suspects and sleuths in solving "A Murder at the Inn." Gather your own group, you need only 2-3 other couples. Pick your date, pick your theme. We will tailor to your groups needs. Call Kathy for Details!
The Evening activities include:
- 5 pm 'Standing-Buffet' w/ drinks (theme appropriate)
- Detective divulges the dastardly deed!
- In costume, your characters converge over 'clues!'
- More clues, then sit down to an evening meal to remember.
- The Inspector returns to unveil solution - prizes!

We don't know how you do it all! Grandma, Coffee Shop owner, and hostess to such a beautiful B+B... Thank you for everything! We have had this gift certificate for 3 years now - We finally made it! It was well worth the wait. This was the perfect getaway from being "mommy" + daddy," and a perfect reintroduction to "Jody and Juan."

- The Inn is a non-smoking establishment
- Prices are per room, whether for one or two persons
- Children under 10, occupying same room as parents, are free
- There will be a $10 charge for older children occupying the same room
- The suite, will accommodate up to four people, $20 per extra person charge
- The Inn has no facilities for meals other than breakfast
- Beverages and light snacks, may be taken to your room (we ask that you plan to eat meals outside the inn)
- We will be glad to recommend one of Ludington's fine dining establishments
- Rent the entire house for group events and dining room may be used for catered in/delivered food
- Minimum deposit of one night's room rate must be received within seven (7) days of your reservations request
- Full payment is expected upon arrival
- Reservations will be confirmed by mail or fax
- Deposit may be made by check or credit card
Deposits are returned, less $10 handling fee, for cancellations received one week in advance of arrival date. If you must cancel on shorter notice, we will be unable to refund your deposit, however, it may be applied to a new date provided cancellation is received at least 24 hours prior to arrival date. Deposits will beheld for one year.
Cancellations made same day as expected arrival will not receive a refund or a credit. Cancellation period for groups, holidays and special events is more than one week, and will be discussed with you in advance.
Default Group Reservation Cancellation Policy is that deposit is refunded only if cancellation happens more than 4 weeks before reservation date.
