Grand Suite
This unusual two-story suite occupies one of the two former waiting rooms in the old passenger station. It includes a loft-style king bedroom and a large bathroom with a Jacuzzi spa tub and shower. The bedroom overlooks a large well-furnished living room featuring a beautiful fireplace.

Gardenview Room
Double French doors allow you to look out to the flower gardens, waterfall, and koi pond. The room has a king size bed, television and seating area. The bath has a multi-headed shower and separate chambers for sink and toilet for maximum comfort.

Trackside Room
Double French doors look out on the curving railroad tracks as they head north. The room overlooks the vegetable patch and railroad tracks and is shaded by an elegant red maple tree. This large room has a king size bed and television. The bath has a multi-headed shower and separate chambers for sink and toilet for maximum comfort.

Bed-sit
This is the smallest of Grayfield’s five guestrooms and features a queen bed, flat-screened TV, and full private bath. Bed-sit is an adequate double room, but it is a more comfortable single and, given its proximity to “Grand Suite”, makes an ideal second room for family members or friends staying there. -
Terrace
Terrace is a large ground-floor room in the carriage house. It features a queen-sized SelectComfort bed, comfortable seating, a large flat-screened television, and barrier-free bathroom with separate toilet compartment. Two sets of French doors open onto the garden. -
Rates and Policies
Room rates (including full hot breakfast)
Garden View, Trackside, and Terrace- Weekdays: $160 plus 6% tax
- Weekends: $179 plus 6% tax
Grand Suite- Weekdays: $209 plus 6% tax
- Weekends: $229 plus 6% tax
Bed-sit:- Weekdays: $109 plus 6% tax
- Weekends: $135 plus 6% tax
All rooms have free wireless access to the internet.
Policies- Check-in/check-out times
- Check-in time is 3 p.m. and check-out is noon. Exceptions to these times are sometimes possible by arrangement with management.
- Minimum stays: A 2-night minimum stay is required on some weekends when demand is especially high. Please consult management when making your reservation.
- Deposit: A deposit equal to one night’s room rental is required to reserve a room.
- Form of payment: Cash or check. Sorry, but Grayfield does not accept credit cards.
- Refunds: Our refund policy varies, somewhat, by date of stay. Usually, deposits are refunded in full if a reservation is cancelled at least two weeks prior to a scheduled stay (and on shorter notice if we are able to rent the room to another party). Some refunds do, however, require greater notice. Management will explain any exceptions to this general rule at the time a reservation is made.
- Children: Grayfield caters to adult guests. Children under the age of 14 are not encouraged.
- Smoking: Grayfield is a non-smoking establishment.
- Alcohol consumption: Grayfield is not licensed to sell beer, wine, or other alcohol. Guests may, however, bring their own alcoholic beverages. A corkage fee may be charged if beer, wine, or liquor are to be consumed at an event on the premises at which Grayfield staff are to open and/or serve the beverages or provide mixes or other set-ups.
- Use of public spaces: Guests have access to the gardens, the guest lounge/sunroom, and the living room unless those spaces have been rented for private use.

Handicap Accessible
The bedroom and bath of the Terrace Room are wheelchair accessible.
