Lighthouse Point
Lighthouse Point is a cheerful tribute to the area's beautiful and historical lighthouses -- decorated in calm shades of blue. Vintage furnishings, original artwork and comfortable amenities create a restful place for you to enjoy. The price for this double occupancy room with a queen size bed and private bath is $110 weekends, $100 weekdays. Lighthouse Point also has a comfortable futon that can accommodate up to two additional guests for a nominal charge of $15 per person per night.
Gardener's Cottage
The Gardener's Cottage dressed in vintage fabrics and shades of green and purple. Vintage furnishings and original artwork create a charming cottage like room. The price is $95 weekends, $85 weekdays for this double occupancy room with a queen sized bed and private bath.
Huron Room
Huron Room is our newest guest room conveniently located on the first floor for guests who prefer to avoid stairs. This cozy room is decorated in soothing shades of blue and white with a wrought iron bed and antique dresser. The price is $85 weekends, $80 weekdays for this double occupancy room which has a full sized bed and private bath.

Considerations
- Reservations are recommended.
- Check in time is from 3 to 6 p.m., unless other arrangements are made. Early check in cannot be accommodated.
- We serve a full breakfast each morning at 8:30 A.M. in the dining room. Special dietary needs accommodated with advance notice.
- Check out time is 11 a.m. (late check out will incur a charge of $10 per hour)
- All rates are based on double occupancy per night.
- A two night minimum stay is required for holiday, special event weekends and summer weekends from Memorial weekend through Labor Day weekend.
- Room rates are $80 to $95 per night plus tax. Rates are subject to change.
- The following credit cards are cheerfully accepted: VISA, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express.
- Advance deposit of 1/2 total rate required. Balance due on arrival.
- The Lighthouse Point room can accommodate up to two additional people at $15 per person per night.
- Children over ten are welcome.
- Guests' pets cannot be accommodated.
- Smoking is not permitted in the house, but is permitted outdoors on the porch or decks.

Cancellation policy: Cancellations more than ten days prior to arrival will receive a full refund less a $20.00 service fee. Cancellations within ten days prior to arrival will forfeit the deposit. A 50% cancellation penalty is charged within 72 hours of the arrival date and all no shows will be charged the full amount of the reservation.
