Most travelers stay at our inn because we offer luxury accommodation. Our suites include a king size bed, private bath with tub and shower, face and body soap, shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, first aid kit, free Wi-Fi, private outside deck, electric fireplace heater, air conditioning, cozy robes, feather pillows, hair dryer, iron and ironing board, clock radio, iPod player, cable TV, flat screen TV, DVD player, refrigerator, bottled water and beverages, snacks provided, use of microwave, use of outdoor hot tub, use of snorkel equipment, use of the decks on the water, use of the barbeque grill, coffee provided early, full and delicious breakfast every morning, privileges to moor a boat, moor your seaplane, chauffeur service for private planes and seaplanes, and spectacular views of 18 miles of Torch Lake from your room. They like to be pampered and we do a great job doing that.

People are coming to the area to visit Torch Lake. National Geographic has claimed that Torch
Lake is the 3rd most beautiful lake in the world. We have people that come to stay with us from all over the world.
What’s the best compliment you have ever received about the inn?
One of the best compliments is that people never want to leave. They come back often and
love every minute of it.
What’s the best kept secret about the area?
We are the best-kept secret in this area. In combination, staying with us and seeing Torch Lake is perfection.
If a traveler is staying at your inn for 4 nights, what should he/she do in the area?
If you are staying with us on the lake, the first night enjoy a sunset cruise on Torch Lake in our
25-foot deck boat. Enjoy seeing the crystal clear aqua blue water and spectacular views
The second day Take a day trip to Mackinaw Island only 1 ½ away. Go back in time and be back in time to see sunset on Torch.
The third day should be spent nourishing the mind and body with relaxing on our decks on the water. We offer Total rest or as much excitement as you can handle. Read a book on our lakeside dock or rent a wave runner and get crazy.
The fourth day Venture out and see some of the Spectacular Views off of Mission Point in Traverser City. Visiting the wineries and local shops is a perfect way to end the trip.
Remember, we can have you parasailing by noon and pamper you with a massage by pm and don’t forget the relaxing in the hot tub.

We are located on Torch Lake.
What is your favorite restaurant/food in the area?
What we love the best is that in any direction you drive from Torch Lake you can find
award winning delicacies. In Traverse we love Stella’s and Red Ginger, and Minerva’s. In Charlevoix, The Weather Vane, Terry’s, Charlevoix Country Club. In Elk Rapids Siren Hall, and Pearls. In Bellaire Lulu’s and Shorts Brewery, and Torch Riviera. In Central Lake the Blue Pelican. All have great food and the list goes on and on.

We have 3 rooms.
Do you accept pets?
We do not accept pets and we can recommend an area pet resort or local pet hotel.
Guests of our bed and breakfast are awakened every morning to the aroma of freshly baked pastries or grandma’s famous Apple Torte Cake. Coffee is always ready early in our inn so guests may sip a cup of freshly brewed java and enjoy the sound of waves lapping on Torch Lake's marinas. While a scrumptious breakfast is being prepared, guests are lulled by a peaceful and tranquil setting and the spectacular views of Torch Lake from our lodging. Breakfast is always prepared with the finest and freshest locally grown products available. We pride ourselves in pampering our guests while they are escaping to perfection.
We are centrally located between Traverse City and Petoskey. Other nearby towns include Central Lake, Bellaire, Alden, Charlevoix, Elk Rapids and Boyne City. All of these towns offer many opportunities for shopping, antiquing, boating, swimming, sailing, wind surfing, canoeing, fishing, kayaking, biking, hiking, and for simply relaxing. Seasons in Northern Michigan
Spring in the north is spectacular. The fragrances and color of cherry, apple, and peach blossoms are magnificent. Watching the wild flowers come back to life after a long winter's hibernation is amazing. Searching for morel mushrooms is a wonderful way to enjoy a walk through the woods.
In the summer, Northern Michigan is a paradise for the water enthusiast. Enjoy fishing and swimming in Torch Lake. Lake Michigan's beaches are just minutes away. Boating on Torch is so beautiful, consider bringing your own boat and enjoy the clean aqua color waters of Torch Lake.
In the fall we are the perfect location for fall color tours. East Torch Lake Drive is one of the designated routes for color tours as listed by Traverse Magazine. Enjoy the magnificent colors given to you as a gift from nature.
Michigan is famous for skiing and other winter sports. Nearby Shanty Creek Resort offers skiing, downhill and cross country, snow boarding, and tubing. On a starry winter night, enjoy a Guided Winter Rafting Dinner Trip down the Jordan River. Snow shoeing may be added to this tour.
