- All deposits are refundable ONLY with a 5 day notice prior to the arrival date. If you cancel less than 5 days (especially on holidays), and we are unable to re-rent your room, or you don’t re-book, you will be charged the full amount, but will receive a gift certificate for a percentage. There is a $15 late cancellation fee. Whole house bookings have a 20 day cancellation.
