    Reservations & Rates

    • Room rates range from $100 to $169 based on double occupancy (rates are subject to Michigan and local taxes).
    • There will be an additional $20.00 charge for the third person.
    • Advance reservations are requested, but not always necessary.
    • There is a two-night minimum stay on holiday and special event weekends.
    • Cash, Visa, MasterCard will hold your reservations. 50% deposit will guarantee your reservations. Refundable only if we receive cancellation seven business days prior to your arrival, or if we can re-book the room. In event your deposit is returned, before or after the seven business days, it will be minus a $25.00 charge for handling fees. This also applies if you cancel an appt. with a massage therapist, he/she requires the 7-day cancellation policy as well.
    • Last minute cancellations 24/36 hrs. you will be charged the full room rate.

    • Check-in 4:30 p.m. to 6 p.m. or by special arrangement
    • Check-out 11:00 a.m.
    • No pets allowed
    • No smoking inside the B&B
    • For the safety of all our guests, we ask that NO candles be used in the bedroom or bathroom areas. Intimate lighting is provided for your pleasure.
    • Notice to Guests: This property is privately owned and management reserves the right to refuse services to anyone, and will not be responsible for loss of money, jewelry or valuables for any kind.
