The Webster Room
Perhaps the most majestic of all of our bedrooms, the Webster Room is named for the Honorable Thomas E. Webster, who was a prominent probate judge and the original owner of the home.
The room features a grand Jacuzzi tub with plenty of room for two, surrounded by intricate maroon and ivory tile work. It is a beautiful room perfect for celebrating a honeymoon, anniversary or any other special occasion.
Deep maroons and golds accent the room, which also features unique ceiling lines. A beautifully carved, feather-top queen bed with custom bedding, a towel warmer and flat-screen television with built-in DVD player are among the room’s many offerings.
A lovely writing desk can house your laptop, enabling you to connect to our high-speed Internet. A private bath and separate sink and makeup mirror are the special touches we offer in this rich and inviting room.

The Judge's Chamber
The verdict is in: The Judge’s Chambers is the room for casual comfort. In keeping with our desire to differentiate The Webster House’s third floor, this suite is adorned with a more modern palette of slate blue, tan and brown. It is ideal for relaxing after a day of sightseeing in Bay City and the surrounding areas.
Our cozy Jacuzzi tub is dressed with green and white ceramic tile and sits below skylights for a view of the Michigan sky while you enjoy a hot bubble bath.
Although a brass queen bed encompasses the space near the slanted and unique ceiling lines, clean and modern is the feel of the room. Want to catch up on some reading? Have a glass of wine while sitting on our window seat or put your feet up and relax.

The Signature Room
As you enter this rich and inviting room, you will be awed by its high ceiling, crown molding and jeweled hues of red, pink, gold and green in the hand-screened wallpaper that envelops the room with a cozy grandeur. Your ensuite marbled bathroom and gold toned vessel sink are the perfect complement, feel the luxury that awaits you!
A framed signature of the man who hung and signed the original wallpaper in 1888 adorns the wall of this memorable room, which invites you to relax and take a step back in time. Fine furnishings including a carved cherry, feather-top queen bed and custom bedding for European-style sleeping accentuate this exquisite bedroom.
Amenities such as wi-fi, cable television and a DVD player are available, or just relax with a glass of wine and enjoy the downtown Bay City skyline while sitting near the large, cozy bay window.

The Nodoka Room
Timeless elegance and modern comfort meet in the Asian-inspired Nodoka Room, a name which translates into serenity and peace – both of which you’ll feel as you step inside.
Custom bedding and the tasteful use of Far-Eastern décor offer a warm and inviting environment in which to play a game of Scrabble on our cherry drop-leaf table or catch up on e-mails. The room features a luxurious queen, feather-top bed and Oriental rug.
The gentle hues of soft yellow, green and slate blue are carried from the luxurious bedroom to the en suite bath, where the whirlpool tub awaits for relaxation or invigoration. Enjoy a glass of wine and your favorite movie while you unwind.
Our big, beautiful armoire is ample for storing your clothes, and a sitting area tucked by the windows is perfect for conversation or enjoying the quiet tranquility. Tucked inside you will find a flat screen television and DVD player, wi-fi is provided also for your convenience.
Miss Yunji Room
Stop. Relax. Breathe: The mild and calming color tones of the spacious Yunji Room will envelop you and invite you to slow down and unwind.
This Asian-inspired room with grasscloth walls is named for “Miss Yunji,” who stands with graceful poise in her stained-glass perch above the fireplace. The beautiful stained-glass window was painted by local artist Sarah Murphy.
Inspired by late 19th century Eastlake motif, the Yunji Room is luxury and elegance at its finest. It features hardwood flooring and a four-poster, feather-top deluxe queen bed with custom European feather bedding.
An artfully designed writing desk and separate makeup sitting area remind you to have a seat. Take your time. Enjoy your stay.
The private en suite bath features a beautiful terrazzo marbled floor, unique faux design walls and a dual shower, perfect for after an in-room massage. The Magistrate Room
Exposed bricks and skylights cut into a slanted ceiling give this room an upscale and more modern feel. The Magistrate’s bed and sitting area make it one of our most unique rooms.
Nestled on the third floor of the bed and breakfast, this room features clean lines and art deco influences that differentiate this floor from the rest of the home.

The Magistrate’s soft sofa and exotic, end-of-the-bed seating make this suite a favorite. The room’s private bath with a rain shower head provide for an intimate and romantic getaway.

Policies
- The Historic Webster House is an exclusive property where every guest reservation is both important and special to us.
- One night's advance payment is required to guarantee reservation. The advance payment will be applied to last night of reservation.
- Rates are based on double occupancy, we are sorry that we cannot accommodate more than two to any room.
- 72 hour Cancellation Policy (Excluding Holidays and Special Events). Advance payments will be refunded (minus $35 service charge, plus any applicable credit card fees) for cancellations made more than 72 hours prior to arrival date.
- Cancellations of less than 72 hours would result in converting your one night advance payment to a gift certificate of equal value. Gift certificates are good for one year from date of issue.
- We accept all major credit cards and personal checks. Rates are based upon double occupancy.
- Check-in: 3 - 6 PM. If arriving outside of check-in times, please call to make arrangements.
- Check-out: 11:00 AM.
- Shared Private Parking: There is limited parking next to the house, if full please park at the Van Buren entrance or in the church parking lot to the east.
- The Historic Webster House is a non-smoking property.
