We here at the Centre Street Inn realize how important it is to have the comforts of home while traveling. We try to ensure that your stay with us is enjoyable, comfortable, and memorable. We offer more amenities than most hotels/motels on Cape Cod and will continue to add more at out guest's requests.

Policy

• Our Inn is not appropriate for children under 12.
• Rates are based on double occupancy unless otherwise indicated and includes a full gourmet breakfast.
• Additonal guests will be charged at a rate of $25/day/person.
• State and local taxes of 9.7% are in addition to the room rate.
• Deposit of 50% is required for all reservations of 3 nights or more.
• Reservations of less than 3 nights, full payment due.
• Advance deposits may be made by check, money order, or Credit Card.
• 3 night minimum stay on Major Holidays
• Advance deposit guarantees room reservation for entire visit
• Upon receipt of deposit, written confirmation of room and Travel directions will be sent.
• Deposits will be refunded if notice of cancellation is received a minimum of 15 days prior to scheduled arrival date.
• On cancellation of less than 15 days or "no-show", a refund is subject to re-rental of the accommodations.
• Some Holidays and events require 30-day cancellation notice (All major holidays or group reservations such as weddings, reunions, business groups etc.)
• Check In time is from 3 to 7 pm. Alternate times can be accommodated with advance notice.
• Check out time is 11 am.
• Pets are not permitted, but we would be glad to refer a kennel.
• Discounts and promotional offers can not be combined.
• For the health and welfare of all our guests and staff, One Centre Street Inn is a strictly non-smoking inn (there is a smoking area designated on the property). Those who choose to not adhere to this policy will incur a room cleaning charge of $150.
• A $25 processing fee applies to all refunds regardless of reason or amount of notice.
