Named after the original owner of the Home in 1824. This large Elegant Room is done in Historic colors of Royal Blue and Gold. King Size Bed, plush, thick comforter, silk drapes, with a Greek flair. This room has a large Private Bath with Shower. Cable TV/VCR, CD player clock radio, iron/board, hairdryer, air conditioning and refrigerator in room.
Thatcher Suite
This large elegant two room suite is perfect for newlyweds or older guests requiring a first floor. Queen Size Bed, plush, thick comforter and lace curtains. The private sitting room has a cozy queen size sleeper sofa with working fireplace and TV. This room has a Private Bath with shower. Cable TV/VCR, CD Player clock radio, iron/board, hairdryer, AC, and refrigerator in room.
Phillips Room
An Elegant Room completely done in historic colors of muted gold and reds. Large room with full size mahogany poster bed and day bed that converts from one to two twin beds or one king size bed. Great for families. Cable TV/VCR, CD player, clock radio, iron/board, hairdryer, air conditioning and refrigerator in room. This room has a private entrance to the bathroom shared with the Brewster. The Brewster and Phillips Rooms (above) can be combined for a wonderful family suite.
Brewster Room
A guest favorite,Queen bed with plush comforter, Pine Furnishings, and oriental rug. This bright and cheery room is decorated with a nautical flair. Cable TV/VCR, CD player clock radio, iron/board, hairdryer, air conditioning and refrigerator in room. This room shares a bathroom with the Phillips room.
The Brewster Room is not available to rent by itself, only in conjunction with Phillips.
Cogswell
Small intimate room Elegantly decorated in an English Garden theme, with Queen Size Iron Bed and plush comforter. This room is secluded and provides a Private Bath with Bathtub and Shower. Cable TV/VCR, CD player clock radio, iron/board, hairdryer, and air conditioning in room.
Family Suite
The Family Suite consists of the Phillips and Brewster rooms combined. The rate shown above is for up to four guests. The Phillips room can accommodate either two adults or two adults with children. Weekly and daily rates available year round.
The Brewster Room is not available to rent by itself, only in conjunction with Phillips.

- Rates subject to change without notice.
- Our Inn is not appropriate for children under 12.
- Rates are based on double occupancy unless otherwise indicated and includes a full gourmet breakfast. Additional guests will be charged at a rate of $30/day/person.
- State and local taxes of 11.7% are in addition to the room rate.
- Deposit of 1 night is required for all reservations.
- Advance deposits may be made by check, money order, or Credit Card.
- 3 night minimum stay on Major Holidays
- 2 night minimum stay June through October 12th.
- Advance deposit guarantees room reservation for entire visit
- Upon receipt of deposit, written confirmation of room and Travel directions will be sent.
- Deposits will be refunded if notice of cancellation is received a minimum of 15 days prior to scheduled arrival date.
- On cancellation of less than 15 days or "no-show", a refund is subject to re-rental of the accommodations.
- Some Holidays and events require 90-day cancellation notice (All major holidays or group reservations such as weddings, reunions, business groups etc.)
- Check In time is from 3:00pm to 7:00pm. Alternate times can be accommodated with advance notice.
- Check out time is 11:00am.
- Pets are not permitted, but we would be glad to refer a kennel.
- Discounts and promotional offers can not be combined.
- For the health and welfare of all our guests and staff, One Centre Street Inn is a strictly non-smoking inn (there is a smoking area designated on the property). Those who choose to not adhere to this policy will incur a room cleaning charge of $150.00.
- A $50 processing fee applies to all refunds regardless of reason or amount of notice.
