    Front Porch

Built by shipwrights in 1825, the Liberty Hill Inn is set back from the historic Old Kings Highway on a little knoll with lilacs, roses and centuries old rhododendron. This majestic inn reflects the charm and elegance of a bygone era.

Yarmouthport, settled in 1639, is the "heart" of Cape Cod. Our central location provides easy and convenient access to all Cape Cod's attractions. Nine spacious guest rooms await you, tastefully decorated with antiques and reproductions. You are invited to relax and enjoy the ultimate Cape Cod experience.

Living RoomWhile you are here meander country lanes to Cape Cod Bay. Take a run on the beach. Stroll to village shops and first class restaurants. Look over their menus in our common room while you enjoy your cocktail before you go.

Perhaps a future family heirloom will be discovered while browsing one of the village's many fine antique shops.

  • Accommodations

For those who love the charm of old homes, the main house, an 1825 Greek Revival, is the place to step back in time. Original architectural details have been preserved and lend an air of formality and elegance to the common areas. The decor, while paying deference to the age of the house, is warm and inviting. Sink into an oversize chair, put your feet up and read a good book, while music plays in the background. Lounge in queen or king size beds, with the aroma of breakfast wafting under the door. Lovely wallpaper and antiques accent these beautiful rooms, all of which are individually decorated.

The main house accommodates five spacious rooms, from the ground floor to the third floor. All have private baths and air conditioning, and TV. We also now have a wireless network in the main house.

Rebuilt in 1997, the Carriage House was once the site of an historic barn. The post and beam style construction, with exposed rafters, and rustic paneling surrounding corner fireplaces, lends itself to a warm, yet elegant, country decor. Antique pine and old quilts grace the common areas, while canopy beds, stenciling and hand crafted contemporary quilts can be found in the bedrooms.

The Carriage House accommodates four luxury rooms, all of which have private baths, TVs, air conditioning and gas fireplaces. One room, Elizabeth's Garden, is handicap accessible. Two rooms, Chase & Eldridge have whirlpool tubs.
