    All rates are per room, based upon Double Occupancy, unless otherwise noted. Rates include breakfast for 2.

    Extra persons, where permitted, $30.00 per night.

    Master Card, VISA, American Express and personal checks accepted.

    MA state and local tax (9.7%) are additional.

    Minimum stay: 2 night minimum on major holiday weekends and in season weekends.

    Deposit and payment:

    A stay of 2 nights or less requires advance payment in full to guarantee a room.

    Three or more nights require a 50% deposit.

    Cancellation Policy:

    The deposit is refundable with a 14-day prior notification of cancellation, less a $30 service charge.

    For partial cancellation of stays the reservation holder is responsible for payment of days cancelled unless a 14 day notification is given.

    Restrictions:

    While we cater to guests seeking a romantic escape from the stresses of the world, well-traveled children can be accommodated in specially-appointed children's rooms.

    For the comfort of all guests, we cannot accommodate pets; however, we are happy to recommend nearby kennels.

    For the health and welfare of all our guests and staff, Liberty Hill is a strictly non-smoking inn. Those who choose to disregard this policy will incur a cleaning charge of $150.00.

    Social drinking is allowed; free set-ups and ice provided.
