Rates are daily per room for one or two people.
Additional guest in room - $20. Rates include full breakfast.
Minimum stay required (2 nights in high season). If possible, we can accommodate one night stays.

Reservations:
Advance deposits are required to hold a reservation.
1 or 2 nights - Full payment
3 or 4 nights- 2 nights payment
5 nights or more - 50% payment


Cancellation / Refund Policy:
A refund of the advanced deposit will be made for a cancellation occurring at least 14 days prior to the beginning of a reservation or with shorter notice if the room is re-booked.

Smoking is not allowed.
We cannot accommodate guest pets.
