The Inn at Lewis Bay is a 1920's Dutch Colonial Cape Cod bed and breakfast, which is set in a quiet seaside neighborhood of West Yarmouth. This Cape Cod inn is just a half block or steps from the ocean making it perfect for enjoying the sea breezes on the spacious front porch, the sunsets from the beach or a picturesque and invigorating walk along the seashore.

Ideally located mid-Cape on the southern side, the Inn at Lewis Bay is an inviting alternative to a West Yarmouth hotel. The Inn has easy access to virtually everything the Cape has to offer and is just 2 miles from Hyannis Harbor where the ferries to Nantucket and Martha’s Vineyard dock. We are open year-round to meet your travel and vacation needs.

Enjoy our Cape Code accommodations, and awake each morning to the smell of hot brewed coffee with the sound of the breeze coming off the bay. Start your day with an early morning stroll to the beach to watch sailboats and windsurfers glide by, or have your coffee in the backyard where you can gaze at the water and leisurely plan your day. Between 8:00 a.m. and 9:30 a.m. a bountiful homemade breakfast will be served, including a hot entree such as baked stuffed French toast or blueberry pancakes, and the breakfast Buffet Bar with breads, yogurts, cereals, fresh fruits and salad, OJ, Coffee, and Teas.

Our Cape Cod beach lodging boasts a large living room with a fireplace, CD player, and 36"HD TV, which is the perfect place to make new friends or to enjoy afternoon refreshments or watch your favorite team. If you prefer, select a popular novel from our library and simply relax at the beach or in the backyard and gardens.

Comfortably appointed for Cape Cod family vacations, all of the six bedrooms have private baths, air conditioning and electric fireplaces, with most offering queen-sized beds and antique tubs. The rooms are all uniquely decorated and reflect special touches of Cape Cod. Two of the guest rooms have partial views of Lewis Bay and all are comfortably furnished with a mixture of beach and country flair. Fluffy towels, soft sheets, and a treat on the bedside table are all supplied to help your stay with us more memorable.
