  • Introduction

Nightingale Inn is part of historic Cape Ann on the North Shore of Boston, Massachusetts. The building was constructed in 1910 by Arthur Little and later expanded by John and Augusta Nightingale.

The inn has been beautifully restored inside and out over the past 10 years by the present owner. Located just off exit 17 on route 128 north, on the border of Wenham and Beverly Farms, the inn provides easy access to travelers who wish to experience New England at its best. Nightingale Inn is only 20 - 25 minutes from Logan Airport and downtown Boston.

Our common areas have a relaxing atmosphere where you can come to relax. Enjoy a nice read, a leisurely conversation, a good cup of coffee, or maybe make some new friends. The dining room is decorated with the original Zuber hand-painted wallpaper depicting the famous 1849 El Dorado scene. The family room is available for movie-viewing. Take a dip in our outdoor pool and enjoy our attached Jacuzzi. Burn off some extra energy in our exercise room.

All guest rooms are equipped with private bathrooms, air conditioning, 32 inch LCD direct TV, plush towels, and terry cloth bathrobes. All rooms are nonsmoking. Wireless Internet is available.
