- Rates are based upon double occupancy, with a full breakfast included in the price.
- All rooms are subject to the state's 5% rooms tax.
- Full breakfasts included.
- There is a two night minimum stay during the summer season's weekend nights (June through September), and during other holidays throughout the year.
- There is a $25 fee for every additional adult or child over 10 years (available in rooms 1 and 5 only).
- Deposit: Nightingale Inn requires a deposit in order to guarantee your reservations. Credit cards are preferred. Your account will be charged immediately for one night's stay, regardless of your length of visit.
- Things happen, events intercede, and sometimes you have to cancel plans. If this is the case, we require a fourteen (14) day cancellation notice for a refund, minus a $25 processing fee.
- Sorry, we do not cater to pets.

Vacation / Guest House
Our fully furnished 4 bedroom guest house offers accommodation for up to 12 peoples. It has 3 levels with 3 full baths, living room, family room, dining room, 2 kitchens, 2 fireplaces, walk in closets, and 2 laundry rooms. It is situated about 50 yards from the inn on the same property as the inn.Our guests can enjoy the use of the pool, jacuzzi, and the grounds of the inn in addition to breakfast at the inn (extra).
The guest house is an added convenience for couples who are considering wedding reception and accommodation at our inn for an extended family and friends, as well as people and families seeking peaceful vacation.
The guest house can be rented for a minimum of two nights from May 15 through October 31. There are 4 private bedrooms, and two sleep sofas that can accommodate 2 people each.
