All 36 guestrooms have private baths, air-conditioning, cable television, and telephones. Wireless Internet connection is available. From May through October, our rates include a full breakfast. From November through April, our rates include a continental breakfast.

These rooms are for special occasions – like your honeymoon or birthday – or if you just want to treat yourself! They include our Honeymoon Room, which features a king white-iron bed, as well as a King Oceanview Suite and Queen Non-Oceanview Suite. May — October: $299 — $379; November — April: $179 — $259
Relax with endless views from your personal, glass-enclosed balcony. With king or queen beds and spa tubs, these rooms have the best ocean views at the inn. Our Queen Balcony Room is a smaller version of the King.

Our classic rooms – with a little bit extra. These very popular rooms feature luxurious king beds and spa tubs, along with writing desks and a comfy reading chair.

King Canopy
A hint of yesteryear, with all the amenities, including writing desks, sitting areas, and spa tub, this room is ideal for romantic getaways, and travelers loving the spaciousness of a king bed.

Policies
- All rates are per room, double occupancy.
- Extra-person charge is $25/person/night plus tax, and must be made in advance.
- Room tax is 9.7%.
- Check-in Time 4:00 p.m.; Check-out time 11:00 a.m.
- Late arrivals (after 10 p.m. in season / after 7 p.m. off-season) must be arranged in advance.
- We accept cash and major credit cards.
- A two-night weekend reservation is required May through October.
- A three-night minimum applies during holiday weekends and weekends in August.
- All confirmations are subject to our receipt of your deposit, which will be applied to the last night(s) of your reservation.
- A two-night deposit is required for short stays.
- A 50% deposit is required for stays of 5 nights or more.
- If a credit card number is given to confirm a reservation, the deposit will be processed on the day the reservation is taken.
- The remaining balance is due upon arrival.
- 14 days advance notice of cancellation is required for a deposit refund.
