Inn at the Moors - Provincetown, MA

"Reasonable accommodations with a million dollar view."

Inn at the Moors is a thirty (30) room motor inn crafted of driftwood, portholes and lanterns and moored across from the spectacular Cape Cod National Seashore, an expansive view of the elegant salt marsh, dunes and Cape Cod Bay.

Open seasonally, May through October, The Moors offers newly decorated, double occupancy rooms that are non smoking. The rooms include private baths, phone, cable TV, WIFI, cube refrigerator, ceiling fans, expanded Continental breakfast and heated pool. Parking is at your doorstep (all rooms accessible without stairs).

Upper level rooms (either two double beds or one queen bed) enjoy a higher view from a balcony. Sea level rooms (one double and one single bed ) have easy access to the pool and BBQ area with an enveloping, eye-level view of the moor.

Stay at The Moors to watch the tides ebb and flow and sunset over the dunes. Spy on sailboats and ships on the horizon and blue heron fishing at low tide. Try to paint or photograph intense colors of the moor or a pink and gold sunset reflecting on a full moon high tide. The scene is constantly changing! All rooms face full view of the moor, a 180 degree view of the expansive salt marsh with sand dunes and Cape Cod Bay on the horizon. This is one of the most captivating views in Provincetown and all of The Cape because it changes throughout the day with the ebb and flow of the tide and passage of the sun from early morning to sunset.

There isn't another Provincetown inn, B&B, or lodging accommodation that offers as much quiet, seclusion, beauty, and privacy that is ALSO as close to shopping, dining, dancing, and clubbing. We are exactly one mile from the center of the non-stop party known as Provincetown on Commercial Street. From the center, shops, cafés, restaurants, and bars spread east and west for half a mile in each direction. So we are really 1/2 mile from the west end of town, which is the most active.

In addition to nicely appointed guestrooms and gracious hospitality, Inn at The Moors offers amenities that are unique for Provincetown — including a heated pool and plenty of free, at-your-door, parking. No hunting for a parking space when you return to the inn; there's no hiking from your car to your room. Stay with us and start your morning with a tasty, complimentary, continental breakfast. Relax by the heated pool, or, in the cooler season, hang out by the roaring fireplace in our newly renovated lobby.

No matter what other activities you like to do while on vacation, The Inn at The Moors defines Cape Cod. The Cape Cod National Seashore is literally our closest neighbor, so of course there are great beaches like Herring Cove within walking distance of the inn as well as whale watching, biking, bird watching, golf, antiquing, kayaking, hiking, and fishing. Many Cape Cod lighthouses are minutes away — you can even see picture-postcard Wood End Lighthouse from our guestrooms. Ferries to the islands of Martha's Vineyard and Nantucket are also within about an hours drive of Provincetown.
