The new crown jewel of the Crowne Pointe Inn, this luxury residence is available for the first time. A rare opportunity in Provincetown, this unique rental features the privacy of your own home with all the conveniences of an exclusive hotel. This two-story residence sleeps four in an open loft-like setting with cathedral ceilings, six skylights and central a/c. The second-floor main living area provides spectacular panoramic town views and features a dining table seating eight, a living room area with 42-inch plasma TV and Franklin stove/fireplace, and a chef's kitchen with six-burner gas stove, double ovens, stainless steel appliances and a wine refrigerator.

The private master bedroom comes complete with a king-size bed, 36- LCD TV and sitting area. The bathroom has double shower heads. The guest bedroom is downstairs with a full-size bed and abundant closet space. The unit also features a second floor deck with a table and four chairs, two lounge chairs, a gas barbeque and amazing sunset views. Access is via a private entrance off the grounds of Crowne Pointe.

Our Provincetown penthouse suite is our ultimate room. These two story suites feature fireplaces and whirlpool tubs large enough for two! Natural materials with fine craftsmanship abound throughout including hardwood floors, soothing wall colors and gently rotating ceiling fans. The design compliments the spectacular Provincetown landscape of ocean and sand dune vistas, sea green marsh grass, and sandy shoreline. Each penthouse suite includes a living room, full kitchen, dining area and two full bathrooms. One of the bathrooms has a two-person whirlpool tub complete with color TV. The second bathroom features a tiled shower. The second floor bedroom offers a queen size bed, a fireplace and expansive glass sliding doors that lead to a spacious private balcony with spectacular views of our resort and Provincetown. These suites are truly the exceptional value in Provincetown.

• Minimum stays vary from season to season and special holiday rates may also apply.
• All room rates are based on double occupancy. Additional people are permitted in a number of rooms and room types, additional charges do apply.
• Minimum stays vary during the seasons. July and August require a 4-7 night minimum stay requirement over a weekend (depending upon the weekend) unless existing reservations allow for a "window of opportunity" between reservations that allow for a shorter-term stay. Please call for availability.
• Holidays such as Memorial Weekend, July 4th, Carnival, Woman's Week, Columbus Weekend, Thanksgiving, and New Years all have specific minimum stay requirements.
• A 50% deposit is taken at the time of making the reservation.
• Cancellations or shortened stays will require at least 21 days notice prior to the arrival date in order to avoid full forfeiture of your deposit. Reservations that are cancelled more than 21 days prior to arrival will receive a refund less a cancellation fee. As is common in resort locations, there are no refunds for shortened stays and a minimum cancellation fee of $75 will be assessed for ALL cancellations regardless of notice. All cancellation fees are subject to tax in the state of Massachusetts. We always suggest you consider trip insurance.
• The Inn is regarded as a quiet escape and romantic getaway for most of our guests, and we work hard to foster that environment. Since it is not an appropriate environment for children, no one under the age of 16 is permitted at the Inn at any time. Unfortunately, we cannot make any exceptions.
• Sorry, we can not allow pets of any kind at the Inn. There are excellent boarding kennels in the area we can recommend.
• There is NO SMOKING allowed in any of the rooms. You are allowed to smoke outdoors and on balconies. Any guest violating the non-smoking rule will be billed an additional $500 per night for clean up costs to the room.
• Check in time is anytime after 3 pm and checkout is at 11 am.
• Parking is provided free for one car per room. All cars must be removed from the property at checkout time.
