Surrounded by our beautiful gardens, you will wake to find yourself in a region waiting to be explored. Minutes from Route 2 and the Orange airport the North Quabbin region offers endless trails to be biked or hiked, as well as some of the best fishing in New England. Relaxing becomes easy here as this area provides opportunities for swimming and kayaking. If shopping suits you better, a two-minute walk will bring you into downtown Orange and its quaint antique shops, and with a ½ hour drive you will find yourself at the Yankee Candle flagship store, the "Scenter of New England". The five-college area of Northampton and Amherst is a mere 45 minutes away and the famous Bridge of Flowers at Shelburne Falls and Magic Wings Butterfly Conservatory are both within an hours travel.
