Park Lane Bed and Breakfast
Table Of Contents
The Park Lane is a charming Bed and Breakfast conveniently nestled in the quiet tree lined streets of Newton Centre, a lovely suburb just west of Boston. It is a large Baronial style stucco (mix of Victorian and Colonial), in a quiet residential area that is a quick 7-10 minute walk to public transportation (Newton Centre stop on the Riverside Trolley line), shops and restaurants. It is also in close proximity to the many area colleges and universities. Only 20-25 minutes from Downtown Boston by T light rail, the Park Lane is just west of the city in tree-lined Newton.
A quiet and peaceful abode perfect for exploring Boston and the surrounding areas!
“Well-located B&B with helpful and attentive owners”
We have stayed at Park Lane during many visits over several years. Lovely accommodations and breakfast. It is well-located in a residential area. Hosts Jim and Patty very helpful and attentive, and we consider them friends. When they don't have available accommodations for the dates we need, they happily arrange for lovely and well-located substitutes for our stay.

Our stay at the Park Lane was great. Patti and Jim are wonderful people. The Inn was very clean and comfortable. We had a great breakfast, including home made bread every morning. The hosts went out of their way to make our stay special. We have stayed there before and will definitely look forward to staying with Patti and Jim again.

Guests may relax in the first floor sitting room or the lovely front porch, weather permitting. A generous continental breakfast is served in the breakfast nook. Your hosts will acquaint you with the area tourist attractions and directions, either by road or public transportation. There's even an exercise room to work off all the food Boston offers.
If you enjoy bicycling, bring your bikes with you. We'd love to show you some good routes and may even ride along with you!
